The line at this location after 3 is so long and takes forever.Love the food.It's gotten a bit more expensive.There eggrolls are always great.Curly fries always good.Seems that they run out of every sauce each day.
Apparently there is a change shortage at fast food restaurants. My bill was $3.58 and because i didn't have exact change, i received $16.00 even. I had to eat the 42 cents change. We argued, she wouldn't give me the dollar. Guessing that worker gets to keep all the overages for the day. Yes i did call corporate. I didnt care about the little note on the order board.
Usually always the same but this time was not good at all! 8 tacos-all were burned. Some had sauce, some did not. Some had cheese, some did not & to top it off really long wait time. The cashier came to the window 3 extra times each time telling me we are just waiting for your tacos, just waiting on those tacos, waiting for the last 2 tacos, like they were all going to be fresh...huh, that they were not!
Honestly the only reason I'm giving this place any stars is for the night manager. His customer service skills are completely on point, always smiling and if you just pay attention to the way he takes order after order while multitasking it's like it doesn't even faZe him that the drive-thru line is 3 miles long. He deserves the stars. Give him a raise!!!!
I came here to pick up a door dash order this early a.m. I wish I asked for his name. Man in drive thru is such a sweet heart omg just so nice. Great customer service. The young lady there was kind as well.
Placed an order online and went to pick it up through the drive through and they could not find our order and they had us write down our entire order and then the shake machine is not working making half the order not available. I declined the order then. The workers there were very rude and very unprofessional so we will never be going back.
The sourdough patty melt deal was really good. My husband had the upgrade to the bacon double. He liked his also. I'd give it 41/2 stars for the meal
1st time coming to this jack in the box and it was not great. I did a pickup order at 1:32pm on March 6th 2022. First i ordered a salad and they didn't give me any dressing, 2nd they gave me a knife to eat my salad w and no fork, and lastly they gave me my soda with no straw. Thank you for that, as if my day couldn't get any worse ??
Gosh just doing this review about Jack in the box has me plotting on my next visit. So it was great it hit the spot then and it will as soon as I can get there right now. Yummy yummy Jack in the box u have the goods for my tummy.
These people will close the inside and leave counter pickups open on the app, play a game of charades with you when you knock on the door, MOCK you, then make you wait standing in the drive-thru. Only reason anybody goes here is the location, I hope this location closes down and is replaced by a company that can actually take care of their customers.Edit: and of course they screwed up my order. Twice.
