Food was pricey but overall it was nice and hot, milk shake was terrible very watery
Good but they're close after 2am. When it comes to Jack In Box Late night from 12 to 5 is usually money making time. Hungry people lol..??
The patty melt meal deal is the best food deal around at the moment, under $8 and it tastes pretty damn good.
I came to this location yesterday, and this place was a great experience. I was welcomed to the door by Boyce, with a big smile. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Good food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.
Marisela the manager at drive thru were very polite,thorough and on point as far as customer service goes.if I could I would've tipped her!!
Insight: I'm a grouchy US Marine (retired) As normal I walked into this establishment not expecting anything different from other JIB's.I was greeted with a cheerful and positive attitude by manager Marisela. I was treated with such positiveness and patience that it made me smile. As I waited for my order, I heard her speak and give her employees directions with a please and thank you. It made me happy to hear positive leadership traits. It's very rare that I give reviews about a fast-food establishment, but this place is a cut above the rest. Thank you to Marisela and her crew of 4 employees. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today 10/31/2021 at 2:20 I was hungry and needed something small to eat like a chicken sandwich only from fishing... when I got there this guy say they don't take order if we don't have card or exact change for the order... like if people gave you guys exact change would of you guys have change to change other I don't get it? I hope the district Manger look into this... I think its a excuse for them to not do their work
I walked in at 10:03 pm, I'll admit that immediately. I didn't notice it was 3 minutes past 10, but the door was open.I walked up to the counter and made myself known. One employee looked at me and turned away. Couple minutes pass, and another employee notices me, and say she will be right with me. Then another voice pops in and says counter is closed lol. The employee sliding cheese in the tacos couldn't be bothered to say they are closed. I'll also add the music they were playing in the lobby was littered with profanity.I just wanted a chocolate shake man.
This month for October I have not had an issue at the drive thru, the order was right and hot.
