Customer service is no good. The staff simply do not listen. From the tablet order takers to the drive to windows. This was from my 3rd try, because in n out has always been the same any city I've visited them in. This one is not too standard. I'll just continue visiting the match and I5 location, long lines but they are reliable.
Upon arrival I was greeted promptly by a cashier named Canton. He was very sweet and personable. I commented on the uniqueness of his name and he asked me mine. He did this all while taking my order effortlessly. He also reminded me I forgot my cup and did a little flip trick and handed it to me. It was a fun encounter. Places need more people like this. It’s so refreshing nowadays since so many people act inconvenienced when you go to their establishment. He truly seemed happy to be there. Thanks Canyon, you made my day!
Haven't been a huge fan of In and Out, but thought I would give the new location a try. So glad that I did because I had a great double double and chocolate shake. My burger was hot, cheesy with crisp lettuce, onions, tomato and extra sauce! I think the extra sauce was the difference for me. There was a line, but it moved quickly. Employees were very helpful.
First things first. The hamburger was good, but I'm not fully a fan of their fries, which are not crispy. But they tasted acceptable. The drive through service was pleasant and highly efficient. I think that it would help if they had better drive through signage, as the corner lot location and the cone setup was a little confusing.
This a review of the restaurant and the staff. Everyone knows how good the food is, there's no question about that! So last night was my first time eating inside this location. There was an issue with my order and the crew noticed it very quickly and jumped on it. The manager approached me and was very nice and apologized for the issue. This crew and the management went above and beyond for me I really appreciate that!!
New Stockton location doesn’t disappoint! Great experiences each time we have visited. The new drive thru setup is slick, and the line moves fast. Easiest way to entree is via the Pacfic Ave entrance, our you can drive down a row in front of Macy’s.
In n out with my purchase but can be congested with foot and car traffic depending in the day and time. customer service is great but sometimes the employees can mess up on the orders but it's not their fault it's totally understandable can be loud with all the folks in the place talking all at once and enjoying their meals.
Very fast service with a smile!! And they have crunchy ice in the soda machine like my wife loves!!!
The best animal style fries ever and served to me in a box with a lid hot fresh crispy perfect! Burger was the best! I expected it to be not as good because of the location but they exceeded my expectations and some will definitely be back!
Staff members go out of their way to greet you...say hi and engage.
