I placed a pick up order and received the worst customer service. When my order was brought to me I asked the girl about the drinks and rice that came with it. She stated that because I ordered through the app that my order didn’t come with either. I know that I have received both in the past. When I tried explaining that to the girl she became extremely rude. She asked me if I no longer wanted the food that I had paid for. She acted like she paid for my order and that I had no right to ask about the other items! I will never spend my hard earned money with this restaurant ever again!!!!!
Service is good but cook is horrible. Maybe I was just there at the wrong time. Definitely not used the food being this tasteless
I have visited maybe 5 times and all five times I feel they don't staff enough or they seem to operate at slow motion. I applaud they open and gives us an opportunity to eat there so I am thankful, however compared to the GK establishments I've been too this is the least likely for me to return to. The staff are doing their best, however the lack of cleaning up, stocking the supplies, and sorts gives reason that they should have more staff than they have per shift to help. I love Mongolian BBQ but sad I will have to drive out to get it.
Good to visit our neighborhood GK. Went during usual lumch hours i just wish they had a hand sanitizer before we all grab the tongs they have one off to the side that was empty before serving ourselves im not a clean freak just the covid outbreak did make you realize that everyone touches everything and you serve yourself with those eating utensil other than that great food
A little pricey but good. We like this place but it's hit or miss on when it's clean. Because it's a buffet style, ppl make it a disaster. It was nice though the last time we went!
Excellent choices to make your own bowl, however bring your own to-go container, such as a small Tupperware bowl with a lid, as apparently they refuse to provide "doggie bags" for leftovers.Wow! Yup, they would rather you wasted food than took it home. Sad.
Been awhile but this place is clean and everyone is friendly. The food looks so fresh and tastes delicious.
I never write reviews but I thought this deserved its own review because of how pleasant and satisfied I was with my meal and overall service today. This was me and my daughters first time here and the server could tell we were confused. She gave me a run down of how everything worked and even recommended some sauces. From the very start everything was clean and nice. Vegetables were neat and counters were clean. The cook was kind enough to let me know more sauce was needed and added extra sauce to my noodles ! They were super polite and friendly. We were sat right after and all appetizers and drinks were set perfectly. Our server Naomi was super attentive and friendly. It got really packed after 6 and she managed to set all tables up herself. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry before, it amazes me to see how a restaurant could be ran with one server. On the other hand, you could tell they're short staffed on servers which is why NEVER FORGET TO TIP YOUR SERVERS. I complimented the music choice for the restaurant and when we asked for our check the playlist was written on the back of the check ! Overall it was a great experience I felt welcomed and the environment was awesome. Great food, good music, and attentive and kind employees. Definitely recommend 11/10
As usually it was a nice experience, the food was nice and fresh, the settings were clean, and the host was perky and attentive. Our host Sara really shined today, the lobby had a table of 12 and 3 or 4 other 2 and 3 people tables. And that little gal made sure every drink was fresh, every bowl of rice was steaming, and she did was happy and chatty the whole time.Our host Sara turned our nice experience into a great experience at GKMB! 10/10 the environment was great, service was wonderful and cooks were nice! The music playing was relaxing and everything was very clean and organized! Will definitely be coming here again!!!
