Wrong pizza was delivered (not a huge deal). Finally got the right two pizzas and both of them had uncooked dough underneath the cheese and sauce. I called to see if we could get replacements because they both were not fully cooked. The girl on the phone was pretty rude and said “because we had taken a bite out of them, they could not replace them”. How the hell would I know the dough wasn’t fully cooked without taking a bite out of the pizza.She offered me 20% off my next purchase, which is kind of hilarious.With so many decent pizza spots in town, this place has lost it for me.I spent $70 on two pizzas that my family didn’t eat.
Ordered this for Thanksgiving. Spent over $50 for two pizzas. Got a ham pineapple and a Canadian bacon. Stop saying the two meats are different. They were exactly the same. No condiments. No napkins.
First time I got pizza here. Very good and the crust was better than most places I have tried. Oh and they even cut my pizza into squares as requested. Will definitely go here again.
I ordered a large pizza it was a 30 minute wait time I went to pick up only to be told they do not have the topping I want. I asked what they could do to make up for the lost time they cost me only to be told by the manager Avi they can do nothing. They will lose all business and all the catering we do.
The FOH staff isn't that friendly and seems like they're only there because they couldn't get hired at Amazon, but the kitchen crew is awesome and their pizza is some of the best in town
