My favorite place to get pizza and play pool. Come early so you can get a table.
I ordered a lg combo and got only 3 very thin pieces of ham that was burn cause so thin and 3 very thin pieces of linguica!!! I talked to the manager and she said thats what we are instructed to put on our lg pizzas. I called district manager and he was very rude and won't be changing the 3 thin piece rule! I wouldn't eat there! It was very dirty and all staff was rude! As you can see on other reviews, horrible place!
Eddie’s use to have the best pizza, however they have gone downhill. The combination we picked up tonight only had about a third of the toppings compared to last year and hardly any cheese. Tonight wasn’t an isolated event, the last four times we have ordered its gotten progressively worse. The pizza isn’t bad, I’m just not going to pay a premium for dough and sauce, I want to taste the topping I ordered. Disappointed and can no longer recommend this location.
Showed up here at 12:30pm for my sons Birthday. We drove from Galt because this is what he wanted on his birthday. Walked in and said we need space for 12 people , the cashier told me “ we only have one cashier so we aren’t taking any more dine in customers “. I replied, uhh that doesn’t mAke sense to me. What does a cashier have to do with dining in, we don’t need to be waited on… we just want to order pizza and sit down with it. She gave us a blank stare and just repeated that we only have one cashier. So we said ok, we will go elsewhere. They lost probably $200 today and a customer for life .
ordered a big ed for a birthday and it came completely burnt. would only offer a $5 credit on a $100+ order even though the food was ruined. did not want to reimburse or send a new pizza because a few pieces were bit before noticing it was completely burnt.
Terrible Pizza! We ordered a big ed for delivery for my nephews birthday party. Once we received it all the little kids took a few slices when we noticed the whole bottom of the pizza was completely burnt. It tastes as if you bit into a piece of charcoal and was as hard as a rock. We then called to tell them what happened and they said that their camera only showed the edges burnt. Since a few slices were missing they offered a $5 credit towards a $80+ pizza. They said we couldn’t bring it back to get a new one just receive the $5 credit This ruined my nephews birthday and we are now stuck with a burnt pizza that is inedible.
So yummy. This is the combo for 2. I could only eat half. The barbecue wings were on point.
I was disappointed. They were completely out of chicken, the wait was long and I got one small container of ranch for my family size pizza. Really?But, the employees were efficient and very friendly.
Horrible service took of an hour for the pizza to arrive. Cold potatoes, hair in the bread. Rude associates. Please go to different location. Horrible customer service
I went to pick up some pizza for my family. Pizza was great like always. However, i had my toddler in my arms and the nice worker Tatiana offered to helped me carry the food to my car. She knew i couldnt carry it with my son. She was super sweet to offer. I appreciated it more than she knows. Thank you Tatiana!
