The food was going cart is slow. We waited for our foods for long time. In top of this when I got seated the tables were filled, but I didn't know it was so crowded when the customers came to pay and the carts going around trying to squeeze all at the same time. I felt uneasy because we're all squish. I got sick after this weekend. There's no social distance.
Horrible service… server forgot to put our kids order in at the very least ,for 45 min & still everything came out cold. Seafood had a horrible taste. They charged large party gratuity because we had 5 people mind you their were 2 adults an 11 yr old 2 yr old and a 6 mo. We Couldn’t even get a refill on water and each time we tried to ask the server what’s going on , can we get a refill on our water she just kept walking away not saying anything or coming back to fill our waters. I’d never ever go back here.
This is one of my 2 favorite restaurants They probably eat there once a week at minimum. There they're dim sum as a great variety and Rite Aid prices are what I expect them to be especially compared to the Bay area. Staff know who their regulars are and not uncommon to call you by your 1st name when you enter I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here I answer your with customer service and the food as well!
Typically I don't like giving bad reviews on small businesses but card users beware. I was given a receipt for about $44.50 I gave the lady my card and she came back with a receipt of $52 I asked her why that is she said tip. I never put down a tip on the card. She herself told me it was because it was card she added 18% gratuity and that if I had paid in cash it would've been $44.50. I already had $10 cash on the table as tip so I just took that back whatever her loss she preferred $8 over $10 trying to be slick but imagine if I only had enough for the $44.50 and got charged an overdraft fee! Very sketchy and the food was mid not worth it to come back.
I hadn’t been there for a while! During our visit there, the food arrived cold. Not wanting to make an issue, we tried to eat it. I finally asked the server to give it a few minutes in the micro. She did, then we had to wait forever to get our food back. Mind you we were the only ones there(2) until another family arrived? Another customer sent back a plate, who said it it was dirty. All three servers burst out laughing making fun of the customer! Won’t return, since these servers do not know how the money flows!
Sooo good! Fresh and quick. My husband I came for our 5 year anniversary. We ordered the Canton Family meal and added General Beef. The egg soup was so good and light. The fried wontons and eggrolls were great. The sweet and sour pork, fried rice and chow mein were delicious! The general beef was very good too but we were so full. We have come once before....their Hunan chicken is the best thing on the menu! We were introduced to this place by my friends and when we came together we also had dim sum: sesame balls, dumplings, etc. And all was excellent. Definitely recommend!
Had lunch with a friend..... Lunch special was a lot of food. Had to take over half of it home.Delicious & quick. The price was just right!!!
Terrible server, service needs major improvement. Server never came to our table, we finally had to ask the receptionist to tell her to come over to take our order. We asked for water 3x seriously! You don’t even need to cook water. We ordered a $29.95 piece of flat fried fish and it took forever, we were pretty much done eating. And it was already cold when served. Never going back to this place and I’ll be telling everyone about the bad experience. During this time when businesses are hurting due to the pandemic and people just want to enjoy dining outdoors, this is truly a frustrating and disappointing experience.
First time going there and we ordered to go. So far do good. Wasn't too fond of the chicken feet we ordered, they weren't horrible at all just not for us, we kept our order pretty simple as it was our first time ordering from them. But we will be returning.
We went in to dine in for the first time here, we usually order takeout and everything is always great, but this dine in experience was one of the worst ones I’ve had in such a long time the lady who seated us brought us water and then didn’t take our order we waited and finally spoke up to another employee asking if we could order she took our order and it took 45 min to get our order to us and they kept bringing one plate at a time with at least 5-10 minutes in between plates mind you we ordered pork chow mein and friend rice and orange chicken and that is all just simple plates and then in the fried rice there were egg shells ?. The waitresses never checked in on us after the food was brought out and made it a point to tell my husband that the tip wasn’t included in the total that he paid ??I’ll never dine in again.
