The girl taking the orders is always super nice, happy but after that waiting in line to pick up our drinks while person ahead their all chopping it up talking to the ppl that work there for like 10mins. Didn't think that was cool every where else doesn't pull that so this is probably my least like dutch bros spot just for that reason
This is the BEST Dutch Bros _ that's saying alot, cuz' they're all good! Greatest people! Coffee drinks & fruit smoothies are fantastic!But it's really the people who work there that makes Dutch Bros my favorite place to go!That the best one would be found in S. end of Stockton has to be a small miracle. I think even God likes Dutch Bros coffee & wonderful people!
This location is the worst in stockton been there multiple times and EVERYTIME I wait over 15mins in line even if only 3-4 cars in front. Also they got my order wrong 3 times I been there and each time I had to wait 10mins more for them to "find my order" even though I kept telling them what I ordered. 5 people kept asking me the same question "what did you order" it happen 3 times. They need new employes.
Stopped at the store at the crosstown freeway in Stockton. Very friendly staff not a long line and the wife got her blended frozen coffee and a pup cup for Jackson. Much prefer these guys over the other coffee place. If you haven't been give them a try.
Very nice people. The Islander dutchess freeze is very Good! My fave so far. I try to get a new drink each type I go
Such horrible customer service. We were in line for literally 15 minutes with only 5 cars, when I drove up to the window they kept on laughing making jokes at each other and pranking each other while making our drinks. She asked me like 5 times if I want straws, I said no drink carrier yet she still got me one. Messed up our order. I don't think they ment anything towards us they were just acting so dumb and disrespectful.
This place is new for us, DutchBros. I have never been a fan of the main coffee place. I also, do not drink coffee, and NEVER have been the "morning cup of joe" type of person, however, I took my son and his wife out and they wanted coffee, so I went to DutchBros. So far we have visited 3 of them, all in 3 different cities, Stockton, Sacramento and Elk Grove. I also learned that there's one that actually has inside dining, and I plan to be there real soon, and make a review. I've gotten so many kudos, I'm gonna start publishing my own review on my website.THE POINT?I just don't know what it is, or HOW their pulling this off! But,...The staff are ? with their attitudes! So bubbly and aggressively energetic. Imagine the curly headed exercise guru (don't wanna say his name) from the 80's X 10. U pull outta THIS drive thru, just simply feeling better about life. Seriously.The flavor here, NOTHING so far has been anything less than perfect.We are planning to be DutchBros fans to the end. We were never a fan of the others Thank you for reading this review.
Dutch Bros has become my favourite coffee place since one appeared in my neighbourhood. The lack of pretentiousness more than makes up for the cheesy "bro-culture" and I haven't even explored a tenth of the menu yet.
This location in general is slow and lines take 20+ minutes to move. But all of them in general, it’s ridiculous to charge for “cold pour” because we want more drink than ice. This was gone in minutes, this isn’ta drink you could take on the road and sip. We’re paying for ice basically.
Dutch Bros is increasingly popular for a reason - the coffee is the best I've tasted in California, the staff there are always having a great time, which means I love visiting and for the four legged friends they have Puppycinos and dog treats! Every time I see one I always pull in, it's busy that good!
