I love this place, but after today I'm very disappointed in the amount given for the price they charge. I ordered a side of guacamole, and the container is small, my beef quessadilla had a total of 7 pieces of beef the portion of beans and rice were not good portions, and they want to give me %10 off on my next order, I mean really. I know times are hard but %10 off that's not enough in gas to get there, they just should do a little better at making the customer happy, I won't return because of this, they should always take care of their customers because they wouldn't be in business if not for customers
From the outside you would probably think to yourself ehh doesn’t look to good probably barely good. From a Mexican who was brought up on authentic Mexican food Don Luis is hands down one of the best restaurants in the area. The price is not to bad at all for the portions/ flavor both very good. My favorite plate to get is the #3 it gives you a very good variety for the price. On Mother’s Day we were going to another restaurant that ended up having an hour wait. Thankfully Don Luis was open and had so many tables open in the back for people to choose from not for the lack of people sitting and enjoying food b because they had an big open back patio that for a lot of family’s. Definitely gained a new regular!!!
Very busy place. Great customer service. The food was excellent. Good amount of food for the dollar. They also have outdoor seating. We drive to Stockton from Sacramento to enjoy the great food. Highly recommend
Arrived during busy lunch hour. Still had adequate seating inside. A young man brought us chips and salsa. He also took our drink order. Enjoyed the chips and salsa while waiting for the waitress to take our order. Beef burrito lunch special tasted good and was filling. We have been here before and will be again.
Food is good but the service is so bad, servir walks around like if he's in 1st gear. Doesn't check on the table, you have to chase him to take your payment then he doesn't bring back your card. Horrid!!!!!!!
Slow to no service. Busy day but seating and serving other parties while waiting without taking so much as a drink order being ignored. Must not have the right skin tone to eat there
For my first time here, this place was a great experience. Service was top notch even during a Sunday rush hour. Food was great. I definitely will be coming back here, I'm just mad at myself for not finding it earlier.
Exceptional service. Fresh food served in large portions. Handmade tortillas. Absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend and come again.
