We’ve been ordering delivery from the WEST LANE location in Stockton for a few years and have never ran into any issues. (Knock on wood) Whether it’s going inside or whoever delivers at the door, they’ve ALWAYS been nice. So with all that said, THANK YOU! To the person reading, make sure you tip at least 10%, please. Gas prices SUCK. :)
I’m a regular Dominos customer and have been for many many years. I moved to the area yesterday and was excited about living close to this Dominos location. The lady that I was advised is the “new assistant manager” was absolutely rude and didn’t appear to be interested in assisting with my request. I certainly will not be back to this location, and thanks for creating such a welcoming experience.
This is the third time they messed my pizza and I order online how hard is it to read off the screen I'm tired of spending my money and you guys aren't getting my order correct but every time I come in or you guys are socializing laughing but the food is wrong get it together dominoes all I asked for was a thin cheese crust pizza yeah you guys gave me a pizza with meat and pineapple and I don't eat meat
I love the app. Easy way to order and get points for free items. The best part is watching the progress of the pizza being made and delivered.
I ordered through phone and i said i want stuffed crust pizza cheese ..... they gave my order without stuff cheese. I repeat my odered like 3 times and its dissapointing. Thats maybe a problem if your customer service is outsource call center.

I do not like this place based on the team members. It took 10 minutes just to get someone's attention. They were slow at everything. The manager yelled at me for sitting down while waiting for an employee to re-make my girlfriend's order which they gave the wrong pasta dish. It took almost an hour just for a small pizza and one order of pasta. Horrible place for fast food. At least for me anyways. I will never eat or order here again, period!
The Pizza Today Was Not Like Usual And They Really Should Have Pleasant People Answering The Phones Almost Every Time We Order From The West Lane Dominos The Phone People (Men) Are Always Unpleasant ?
