Loved it been a while since I had Dominos. Hot and pretty tasty ?.
Tried to cancel my order 40 minutes after it not leaving the store. I was on hold for additional time, hung up on then called to cancel my order to be told it had left the store already. Checked the gps tracker they provide and that was false. I understand if they are under staffed but at least have the curtesy to be honest.
I ordered at 8:00pm last night The wait time was 33-43 minutes. So I figured 8:45 we would have the pizza at the latest. The pizza was delivered at 9:12. Over twice the estimated time it was supposed to have taken.The pizza was undercooked because the dough was still raw. You had an over an hour to make the pizza and yet it was still raw and It wasn’t even cut all the way through or into even pieces at all. The tracker was updated it was out for delivery at 8:49, and took 22 minutes to get to my house. I live 8 minutes from the store. I’m assuming the driver had other deliveries to make so I’m not faulting him, but this was my worst experience with dominos which is why I’m leaving a review. Hopefully other people don’t have to experience this.
Pizza delivery was 48 minutes late when it was said to take 35-45 minutes. The pizza was not completely cooked as the doe was mushy and raw. The pizza wasn’t entirely cut. It was sliced in two directions Making 4 slices out of large pizza. I couldn’t even finish a slice of pizza it was so bad from being undercooked. The only reason why this pizza place has a decent rating is from over a couple years ago. If you read the reviews from the last couple years it’s all less than a two star average. Domino’s should pull their name off of this business as I won’t be ordering another dominos pizza again. This is not the first or second time this place has burned me.

After an hour and a half waiting for pizza we called the establishment. The order was lost. Manager got on the phone call and pretended not to know why we were upset. She's completely unapologetic and says, "What do you want me to do? There's six people ahead of you." Cute. Our business may not mean much, but we'll happily take it somewhere else. Get competent management.
I know your busy and understaffed…. But I got mostly cold…. Uncut pizza. Pretty much gotta tear it. In a hotel and was hoping for at least hot food :-(

I always order online,it gets to my place hot ?, always great,always satisfied. Rare if my order is wrong or premivera is missing some ingredients like 1% outta 99 chance that happens lol. Download the app if you can it's worth it.
Service is always GREAT!! The people are always very nice and always on time. and the food is AMAZING every time. thanks so much for being one of the places that still believe in good customer service. Because it is not the same as it use to be, people just take your money and give you what they want, but you guys are not like that, very nice and kind. Stay safe and have a happy holiday.
