I ordered delivery for the first time from this location and it was horrible! I ordered a sampler with mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings and fries and a cheesecake and the cheesecake looks like it had 2 bites taken our of it and just looks aweful the buffalo wings barely had any sauce on them and the cheese sticks were crushed up and the fries were burnt! Never ordering from here again.

Extremely busy on arrival. Took a while to get seated, once food was ordered took a long time to get food. Appeared to be very short handed for an extremely busy time. Food was good once we received it.

Very poor service we got there say 11:11 we didn't get our food till 1:39 an the order was all messed up some of our plates were miss food on them. The manager had an attitude with us but it was the waitress fault. It was not good at all

I ordered online because I had a 20% rewards coupon, however at checkout it did not take the 20% off discount. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager. She stated that this restaurant is privately owned and that the owner does not accept the rewards coupons/discounts. Since I had already placed the order, I went to pick it up. At the register was a sign that clearly said "20% off your next visit with rewards membership," which I do have. They did not honor it. I feel this is false and/or misleading advertisement. I give this restaurant 3 stars specifically because the food was good.

The service was good but the food was like they was really like they use extra small eggs and hashbrowns was cut in half.

What kind of restaurant don't serve steak at a certain time? I was craving steak. Anyways, the worse part was the waitresses were arguing. I would like to enjoy some food with a side of peace and quite. This place is so ghetto, they got the homeless outside screaming their headoff. Customer service was bad. They don't offer you water or give extra napkins. They just hand you the bill.

Went for a late breakfast around 11am on the way to Reno. Was seated in about 5mins. Order was promptly taken in less than 10mins. Waitress was very friendly and patient with all of our questions. No Super Slam at this location :( We were able to switch the hashbrowns for country potatoes at no additional charge ???? Our meal came with coffee and juice or soda. Bathrooms are clean and we were able to choose our table to social distance. Great experience. Food was good as well.

I placed my order online and when i went to pick it up they said they didn’t have part of it because they didn’t have tenders if i wanted something else instead. (Keep in mind i had also ordered milk shakes for my kids) i said no i dint want to sit here and wait, I asked why didn’t no one bothered to call me before hand to let me know. Also to get my money back i have to call customer service. Very inconvenient that you expect to feed your family and theres no food for your kids

Worst service ever! Rude, slow, unprofessional! We ordered on line and then waited until 6 customers that ate inside paid, ??? Not very organized or trained well.

Nice and friendly waitresses!! Didn't have to wait too long for food!!! Wonderful dining experience!!
