I usually love this place. The food was still good, but the employee overcharged me for my kids meals (she rang them up as a regular combo 1, when I specifically said number 7) and I didn’t notice it until I got home. Also, she wasn’t the friendliest. Bummer.
Food was OK. Not sure but it seems like if you're not eating at the restaurant the food is heated in non microwave safe containers. It totally tasted like the plastic and was overly hard. Service isn't that great either. I called in my order, specifically asked about the drive thru. I was told I could pick up my order there. I sat outside the window for 10 minutes, honked and not a single person acknowledged me, eventhough they saw me there. I parked and went in. About ten young girls were chit chatting, laughing like nothing. They still didn't acknowledge me until I said I'm here to pick up an order. I questioned them and I was told that they do not acknowledge anyone who doesn't order at the speaker. So I asked why after ordering over the phone, I was told I could pick up at the drive through. They were all oblivious to my questions and kept talking and laughing. First and last time I go to this location. The restaurant was completely empty at lunch so I guess that speaks volumes.
The lasagna is exactly the same thing as the ravioli...just different presentation. Not worth getting lasagna that has the exactly same taste and texture of ravioli. The lasagna should be different.
Great place to pick up a family meal to go. Love the family combo with 2 qrts pasta, family salad, and loaf of focaccia bread. Stay in car and go thru drive-thru. Employees always pleasant. I recommend the spaghetti with meat sauce and raviolis. Easily feeds 5 people with leftovers.

Great pasta and bread, been going to da vincis for a long time and hardly been unsatisfied with my orders from this place, I like to get a slice of lasagna and bread on the side of what ever I'm already ordering
Pretty good pasta. I like the raviolis and spaghetti. Tonight I had the spaghetti and minestrone soup. Both were good.My son loves the cheese tortellini.The service was outstanding. Friendly and helpful staff!Don’t forget, they have a drive up window so you don’t even have to get out of your car!
Probably the worst location to visit of the Franchise. I've been to all 4, and this definitely needs some work. The Customer Service is poor, and the quality of food is also a step down from the March Lane location. The pasta isn't as fluffy and tasty as the March Lane location. The pasta is dense.Also be prepared for a 10 minute wait in their Drive Thru, even if you are the only person in line. They have no sense of urgency. Also make sure your order is correct, they've messed up plenty of my orders.I had to stop visiting this location because of all this. I just drive the extra 10 minutes and go to March Lane, it's like night and day in food quality and service.
My wife loves this restaurant. We order all the time.
