Excellent quality and service by the staff!! Very considerate, consistent, and helpful!! I have a physical disability and did not know they have an app so that I may order curbside For next time, and I asked kindly if they could still bring the cookies to my car. Cookies are delicious and you can share because they are so big!!! Can't say too much about the quality of work aside from the baking-- sometimes sloppy with chocolate on the box or your order isn't correct...I went today and my order was wrong. I went back and they corrected it. ?
First time visiting this location was Monday 5/30. I will not be returning. I ordered 2 cookies and it took over 30 minutes to get them. Nobody said "hi welcome to crumbl" when I entered the store. There was nobody at the register to help customers and the whole time I was watching one of the workers talk on her phone while making the cookies. Extremely unsanitary to see her touch her phone with the glove, then touch the cookie dough, then rest her phone on the bin. When I got my chocolate chip cookie it looked like this. This is not how their cookies should look. But when the girl gave me my cookies she did not open the box and ask if it looked ok. I will not be returning!
Order the cookie on the kiosk on the right side. Cookies are a bit on the pricier side for what you get. Had the milk chocolate chip cookie which tasted good. But beware signs inside indicate cookies are 90-110 calories which seem odd. But online says that is per serving. A whole cookie is closer to 550 calories.
We got the cheesecake cookie, the waffle cookie and the classic pink sugar cookie . Each cookie was AMAZING!! We definitely went back for seconds that same night . Crumbl cookies never disappoint. And the service is always pretty good and fast. Would definitely recommend for anyone who has a sweet tooth for cookies and not afraid to try new flavors
Huge cookies and they’re so good! Yes, they’re a bit expensive but you can easily cut them into halves or thirds and make them last or share. Love that they deliver, plus you can have them shipped. I’ve sent them a few times by mail as gifts to people that don’t have a Crumbl nearby and they love it.
I can't stand cookies that have NOT finished baking. If you can't bake a good cookie all the way through, you don't have a good cookie. If you like a cookie that have not finished baking, this is your place.
I have always had cookies delivered to me but this was my first time actually going in to one. The store was practically spotless. Everyone was working hard and fast. I ordered a party pack and I wish I took pictures I took pictures before my family ate everything. They looked AMAZING! The manager on duty was so nice I asked where I could leave a review and he said google. The store is definitely lucky to have him! He knew what he was doing. I think his name was Alex! Good job Alex keep it up!
Stopped in this cute little plaza to fulfill my sweet tooth and was amazed by the crew and the experience I had at this Crumbl! I'm usually wary about places in Stockton but I took my chance since I was in town with my friends and I was so happy I did. When I first walked in, the crew was hard at work but I was immediately greeted and helped by such a sweet woman. As someone that doesn't often frequent Crumbl, I asked for her advice on what to get and the deals and not once did I feel rushed or any less important despite a line growing behind me. She explained in detail what the cookies taste like, and how if I get a box of four I can get the whole experience for the best pricing. And just like that, she sold me and within 5 minutes, I got my order with someone double checking that everything was right. With all her assistance, I had to get her name which was Kayleigh! I hope she sees this and knows that she made my experience so unforgettable! I definitely will be coming back! Had to post on here and Yelp to give her and this Crumbl the recognition it deserves!
Like everyone else said, price is too high. However I do really enjoy the cornbread cookie. Staff seems overworked and I noticed two of them not even wearing a mask while the rest did. Cramped place and not an efficient ordering line process.
