Visited today with my family and the young girl in the picture assist us and was so rude.No eye contact, no communication. 0/10 customer service. She Wasn’t listening to what we were saying we wanted to customize our Ice creams but she totally ignored us. We are very disappointed by the customer service. I asked her name but she didn’t give me her name, that’s why i’m posting this picture. I want the manager and owner to know what is happening this will definitely affect their business as with this behavior you will loose your regular customers.
Both young girls working over there were very rude. Will give 0/10 for customer service. Shake was great i got fudge.
The ice cream always tastes great, but I’ll never order online again.. I requested certain things to be added on my ice cream and at least two were not included. Disappointing and waste of money.
My family and I just left there and the two young women that were taking orders both register and online were very brash and not customer oriented. They both had the worst attitude. March 2nd between 6:00-7:00 pm
They now charging for extra toppings on ice cream and it’s bad for business
Service was quick and friendly. Create your own in chocolate waffle bowl and Founder's Favorite were a hit. Next on list to try Cheesecake Fantasy, Mud Pie Mojo or Peanut Butter Cup Perfection. Grand Girls loved it. Thank you?????
Today I put an order in for two items about 20 minutes ago to be delivered to my home. Sophia Uber Eats just dropped off and Cold stone did not put my complete order in the bag. I am missing my chocolate/peanut butter ice cream, the very small shake I received is ok in taste. I will in the future not be utilizing companies that choose to not properly fill orders.
Really bad customer service by all the kids there, it took over an hr. To get a service and is not all the girl that was helping us was making our order wrong and we told her and her reaction was leaving us un attendance luckily the evening shift came in and khole I think was her name help up, I hope the owners take more time to visit his own store and train this folks
I would give no stars if I could bad service got there 10 minutes before closing and the girls working said no more orders as I stood there with my kids
