They made a mistake with my pizza but fixed it in a timely manner, a few of the toys weren't functioning and there wasn't a sign on them saying it didn't work but we paid for an hour of playtime, which was very convenient, we were also able to pause the time while the kids ate and weren't actually playing. I do wish they had more functioning games but the kids had a blast and the place was very clean. Staff was very friendly.
We went there on Tuesday and there was only 2 persons in all the place. I spend arround $34 x 2 hr. (Only for one kid...) we have 7 kids!!!! we want to ate there. And we finished to going another place, because we asked 3 times if we can order a pizza for our kids. And they said no, because they dont have cashier, then because the cashier was in lunch. We need to wait 30 min. Our kids was asking for sodas and pizzas. ? was horrible. Our first and last day to visit this place. Reccomendation, found another one. Either have games. There a few. We only saw more tables and chairs..
The arcade is fun for the kids when your just looking to kill some time but the food is super overpriced & the prizes are lame.
I arrived at 8:00pm. I ordered a personal pizza, wings and then tried to order a salad. We were told we couldn’t have salad because she was closing it. This Chuck e Cheese closes at 10:00pm. The salad bar was fully stocked. Not a great experience. We spent $119.
Coolest crew ever. They were short-handed like everyone else and made no excuses for poor service and apologize consistently. My son's 16th birthday party was a blast. Manager was very nice party hostess was great and if you have a party here you better tip because they are really doing everything they can at all times and I respect that.
Great food games are cool need more staff ut other than that was great
Didnt tell me i had to pay extra for the salad bar i ask for a fork after i served myself a salad and rudely told me i didnt have acces to the salad bar had to pay extra 11$ dont mind that i spent 70$ on food and games worst expierance ever wouldnt come here again just go a little farther to jhons incredible pizza .
Place was clean wasn't super crowded though the food was hot and quick to the table which the kids appreciated the games were great and Chucky made a couple of appearances so they were happy liked it and definitely would recommend the Stockton location
Ok so I gave This Particular Chuck E Cheese 4 star because I really enjoyed my time there cuz I visited with my 4 yr old daughter after a long time❤❤❤ so i was able 2 get a table n pizza real quick where we opened up a gang of Christmas gifts that I got her. At 1st i walked in and thought " this is bunk!" Cuz it was flat n full of old games n rides... But later on i realized it was perfect n fun for her so it was Awesome!!!For smaller kids this Stockton Chuck E Cheese is Perfect!??
Fun friendly atmosphere! They could probably turn on the air a little and reboot or turn on more of the games though. Pizza was delish!
