I have never ordered on-line and self pick up before from chili's. They charged me tip for which I did not authorize, but they said I pressed the wrong button, but I know I did not. Also when I got the food home, they gave me only 3 egg rolls when there should have been 6 egg rolls. I ordered full plate of ribs with mexican rice. I received what amounted to 1 Tablesoon or mexican rice as the side dish. The total amount came to $46.00 for everything. Note the 3 egg rolls did not taste well as in the past.

Terrible service Ordered curbside just to wait for 30 minutes even though i got notification saying my order was ready food was cold and my fries were old I ordered meals got no drinks and missing my son’s mandarin oranges my chicken sandwich was under cooked will no be coming back

It has been a long time since we dined in with our friends. During the Pandemic, we have picked up our Meals to go.We always enjoyed the 2 meals for $25 .. Appetizer salads or Chips n Salsa. 2 Entrees ( Margarita Chicken with Mango Salsa topping with Rice n Veg n My Hubby chose Chicken Pasta n dessert to share with my Hubby. We usually like the Strawberry Cheesecake but they were out. So opted for baked big cookie n Ice Cream.The Manager Letty was so friendly, considerate n helpful.She informed us the Meal deal 2 for $25 will be discontinued this month of June. Saddened by that news. As Seniors .. we enjoy good deals.

The service was bad. We waited for more than a hour. Some people were after us and they got their food. When we got the order it was wrong. So we waited another twenty minutes. When I told the waitress she just said they were short handed.When I want to the bathroom I on my way back their the was a kitchen full of employees. I feel we should have gotten a complementary discount due to the bad service. I left mad. Will call the manager of the restaurant.

This place is horrible. The wait I was told was 20-30 minutes. So me and my family sat down. 45 minutes later I ask how much long they then told me I was waiting in the wrong area. And I had to wait another 20 minutes. Then when they took us to our table it was the same dam table we were waiting at. And it was an extra tall table so no high chair could be used and we had 2 kids under 5 yr old! The lady was VERY F’N rude! She gave us such a bad attitude and I just wanted to punch her in the face! So we just walked out ! Never will I go back there! They suck!

The overall experience was fine. I chose to sit at the bar because it was just me. That turned out not to be the best choice. It took a significantly long time (>6 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge my presence. I actually had to wave at her to get her attention). That was a big turnoff. Nonetheless the food was fine after I finally received it. Just wish the bartender was more attentive.

Wouldn’t be writing this review if the situation got handled but it did not. On march 15th I ate here with my children and ordered the 3 for 10 and 2 kids meals. Paid by card on the little machine at the table and requested my receipt be emailed to me. Upon getting home I checked my email and seen the receipt in which I was wayyyyy overcharged. I called the restaurant and spoke to a man and told him what happened and gave him my check number that was in the receipt and told him who my waiter was I believe her name is safari. She was nice she just didn’t ring up the order correctly. No big deal, It happens. Easy fix… He informed me that her shift was over and he could not reopen the check without her. He took down all my info and said he would be calling me back. Well here I am 3 days later no call back no refund on my bank statement. Also they didn’t have ANY wine so I tried a margarita I requested something not sweet.I got it and tried it and I didn’t drink it at all it didn’t taste good to me. That also should’ve been taken care of. So I paid more than double the amount I should’ve and am still waiting for it to be fixed.

Good food and fast service. Not sure if it's supply chain issues but portions are much smaller than before Covid times but that's just the way it seems to be these days. Pay more get less. Our server was really nice and attentive
