The worst experience ever ! I loved this restaurant so so much but after today they no longer have my service . The lady who is there in the mornings has the worst attitude and service ever . She blames the customers for her mistakes . Instead of owning up and saying I should have asked what you wanted you just assumed what I wanted and then tried to charge me for things I didn’t order to begin with . The owner Rafa is the worst as well . If they treat their customers like this I wonder how they manage the food back there . Stay away from This place and it’s low vibrational employees and owners . They try to say that a crispy tortilla is a taco . Like i know what tacos are Im from Mexico !!!
We had lunch at casa flores on Brookside Rd.the food was good and the portions were generous, however, the service was terrible. After being seated and getting our food. , no one checked to see if we needed a refill aOr anything else. I tried to flag down the host that took our order twice to no avail. The sad thing is they weren't that busy, there was No excuse for bad service. Finally before we left someone came to see if we needed anything...we will go back ,just not for lunch.
Service was prompt, cheerful & helpful. Right amount of interaction through out meal. Shrimp Diablo was spicy & delicious. Good size shrimp & very fresh.
Had a wonderful lunch here. Everyone enjoyed the food and the beef tacos were delicious! The cubes of beef were really tender and flavored just right. They were a bit busy and forgot the hot sauce I asked for though.
Salsa is amazing. The beef was tasty and I enjoyed the cheese enchilada. The chips, chicken, and Margarita were basic
They are busy most of the time and wait times for food are long at times only because they also do a tremendous amount of to go orders. So if your expecting to have fast food then go someplace else’s. We love the family that owns the restaurant! They are a great family. Food is always amazing! We always have great service.
Been going here for 10 years place is always good. It can get a little busy closer to dinner time

Food is good, service is good but 3 stars because I was disgusted by the extra long nails the waitresses had. Not sanitary being in the food business, you can never know what gets trapped under those nails!
Great food anything you order is delicious. Just like homemade. Takes a Lil long to get your order.
