Every time I come to this place I hope that the service is better than the last time and I am consistently disappointed. The customer service is lacking completely. We were served drinks no straws and food without silverware. And for both after mentioning it to the waiter, we had to wait upwards of 5 minutes for them. One dish was served and the next arrived almost 10 minutes later. I asked for my steak medium and it came well done. No refill to the drinks. We weren't even asked if we wanted dessert. The check was the only thing that came swiftly. I asked for a bag for my to go plates and we waited a long time for that. It was overall a terrible experience for mediocre food. Save your money.

Food was horrible. My vegetables came out not even close to be cooked. They were still crunchy. My trip tip was horrible and chicken thighs were horrible. The only good thing was the service by the waitress Brandy. The manager didn't even come to apologize for the meal. And to make matters worse someones kid threw up on my brand new brown pea coat.

It appears management reads these reviews so here’s some helpful hints: fire your front desk employees, rude, dismissive attitude. Was advised when I came in with a party of 9 it would be a 40 minute wait 1.5 later I had to approach the front desk again and was greeted by the Asian girl with an attitude. Horrible experience I’ve seen hot dog stands with better people skills. Food was good, server was pleasant, front desk’s ruined our dining experience. If you’re looking for a mediocre dining experience this is your place.

Not really satisfied with happy hour appetizers most of them are not available. And cocktail drinks for happy hour have not much selections our first time to try happy hour at BJ. But service and staff is very good

Went to this location for the 1st time & after waiting 30 minutes for a table, our waitress completely fell short. My son & I ordered the same dish & she didn't bring me mine. She stated that I said the word, "Share," then offered to put my order in so I could wait there longer. I told her, "No, thank you," & she came back & tossed another plate on the center of the table for me as if she were doing me a favor. She vanished to have someone else take over our table without even an apology for Her mistake. The good news is she saved me $24 for a meal that was less than satisfying & $20 for what would have been her gratuity IF she were even satisfactory at her job.

3/25/2022 My wife's birthday. She had the Bacon cheese burger, fried Avocado and Churro ice cream, she loved it. I had the Jumbo Spaghetti and Meatballs that was amazing. I had ice cream with baked chocolate chip cookie, fantastic. Our waiter Lorenzo selected the table we wanted, he new alot about the menu and deserts he was quick and courteous.

I added a star. The service was great and the dessert was really good. But my Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was really disappointing. There was almost no sauce and it wasnt actually crispy. It was McDonald's quality. I will reiterate, the service was great.

We had Saturday night dinner here and let me tell you it was a horrible time!We did not get napkins or cutlery till we had to ask.Our food was horribly cold and awful tasting.the place was so loud you’d think you were in a Sports bar on Super Bowl Sunday.I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

This has been by far the WORST service I've had at any restaurant, let alone a bjs. My wife and I had already a really bad week due to plumbing issues. so we couldn't host our birthday party in our hometown (sacramento) so our friends invited us out for a sleep over at their house in Stockton and we went to bjs. We had made a 6:30 reservation the night before. but upon arrival we ended up waiting a WHOLE HOURE AND TWENTY MIN!!, our server only checked in on us a total of 2 times. the rest of the time we where flagging her down or flagging down other staff. the food was bad, the service was terrible, and just to make our birthday weekend worse, not only did my family just get food poisoning from there. but our friends that took us there did too. that's 3 kids and 4 adults that have been throwing up since Sunday 3/6/22. NEVER have I had such low quality food but also terrible service in the same place. my wife briefly spoke to the manager in charge white boy with glasses and all he said was were short staffed, 2 people called off. I myself worked restaurant service in the past and whether there's 2 or 4 people that call off you as a manager make sure you're employees are working to their optimal ability. I was a host but when that would happen I would buss host expedite and be a server if needed. so thats no excuse. Won't be back there again.. and the kitchen needs to be checked someone is now following protocol.

Sam was the wealth of knowledge. He broke down all the beers they had on tap and in can. He knew everything about the menu and made great suggestions.
