This Baskin Robbins has great ice cream, milk shakes and ice cream cakes. The kids that work there are very nice. The place is tidy and clean. Still no dining inside as of 11/12/21. Their chocolate ice cream is ?and I recommend it if your a chocolate lover! Milk shakes are thick and yummy. The size of a scoop is also fair and not chinsy. We enjoy this Baskin Robbins. This establishment is located at 7908 West Lane. Suite 217 in north Stockton.

We door dashed from this place last night and there was a metal staple in my daughters food. Thankfully I check each spoon full before I give her the food.

Says they’re open until 10:30pm I tried going at 10:15pm but all the employees standing around in the lobby just yelled at me that they’re closed even though the doors were unlocked ? if you’re closed fix your hours, and maybe learn how to say something politely lol

Warning: LONG reviewOk, so I went to place an order and noticed the sign that they only allow 2 people in at a time (because of the current COVID-19 situation, understandably). I saw 2 people go in so I waited outside. Those people were together and were taking FOREVER to place their order. Now unlike your employees, Baskin Robins, I do not get paid per hour and if I am even 5 minutes late, my ratings tend to go down which means I get less hours if my driver privileges get reduced due to bad customer ratings.So....I got desperate as time passed by because I was supposed to be on my way to the customers house at that point. So I opened the door and politely asked if one of the two people would mind stepping outside so I could place my order as I had to leave. The customers looked at me like I was crazy and the employee asked me to please wait outside.I was annoyed because out of consideration it wouldn't have killed one of them to step out as again, they were together and only one was actually placing the order, but fine....i kept waiting. When it was FINALLY my turn, the woman behind me walked in along with me and as I stepped up to the counter the employee walked around, went straight to the woman that had been behind me and said "I am SO sorry for the wait, how can I help you"....COMPLETELY ignoring me! While the other employee started washing some things. I audibly said "Wow, really?"But I was ignored until the employee was done washing her blender. She then started my order but then left me to help the other woman TOO. So now BOTH of them were attending her and I was left waiting.....again.The woman that was behind me left before me obviously and as they were working on my order 2 men walked in (they were together). They started helping them, without batting an eye. They did not tell them only one could come in or anything. At that point I was ANGRY. WHY the difference in treatment? Why did I have to wait outside when just like the two men I could have placed my order while the other two took their time?! Why did you attend the woman BEHIND me BEFORE me?!The employees were all sweet talk and polite but doesn't mean they weren't RUDE! That was just RUDE! I'm glad I make my personal orders at the Baskin Robins on Pacific Ave. I was super late to deliver and super angry, and just had to vent and let Baskin Robins know your employees are treating people unequally and that's NOT right.
