I love Arbys! Always meal no. 1 for me. The classic beef & cheddar w the curly fries and cheddar dip. 1 point off because the dining area is still not open. The way the drive- thru is set up is a little awkward due to it being too close to pacific avenue that it will stop traffic if there's more than 3 cars waiting. Opening the dining would help bring in more business IMO but hey, it is all up to management and their man power.
I was so excited to eat at Arby's. We don't have one where I live. My husband and I both ordered the classic beef n cheddar. His had the cheddar on it, mine only had the beef. ? I was terribly disappointed. We had already gotten back on the road when we found out, and didn't want to go back and make them correct it. I won't frequent this one again.
Ordered my food, got to window and the kid (a male) handed me my bag like he was about to catch something from me and my order was incomplete and he stayed away from the window but a young woman saw me and asked me if she could help. I told her what was missing and she took care of it.
Wife had a turkey sandwich that was good....everything else was horrible. Curly fries were cold, hard and chewy. Crinkle fries were brown. Chicken nuggets were dry and hard. Brisket sandwich had old, dried out meat and chewy onion rings on it. Will never go back.
Basically, if you read the other recent negative reviews and that's mine in a nutshell…especially reviews on Yelp. I was accused of using a birthday email for free items. This was by the shift supervisor who refused to give me her full name. She eventually said her name was Dolce. She claimed her workers told her but refused to give me their names. She was obviously lying and accusing me herself. I was shocked when I checked other reviews to find very similar negative comments. Corporate needs to clean house here.
Very poor experience unfortunately. Was hard to hear the guy through the drive thru. We gave our order. It was read back, we corrected him but was still given the wrong order. After giving our card back he handed us the wrong order. When we informed him of the error. The guy began arguing with us. Originally they didn't want to refund the difference. Eventually they did but it was very poorly done on all levels.
I had a coupon, 2 roast beef sandwiches for 7.99. the kid at the drive thru, sounded confused when taking my order, asking 3 times to repeat what I said. When I got to the window, he said they do NOT HONOR coupons. He could of told me at the menu board, so I could of ordered something else.2 sandwiches and a fry, came to 22 dollars. That is ridiculous!! Owner is obviously greedy. Definitely will NOT be back

Absolutely trash and unprofessional. Ordered 10 Buffalo chicken sliders and they only gave 9. Talked to the store manager and she along with the rest of the crew screamed into the phone in such an unprofessional manner. Despite having my receipt, they refused to give me a refund.
I'm a fan of Arbys crunchy chicken sandwich. And the fact that they're 2 for $6 is an added bonus. My only critique for Arbys is their outdated drive thru system. If they were to upgrade it, I believe it would be a bit more easy on the eyes and customers would want to come back more...just a suggestion. ?
