Meals and drinks did not look at all like the pictures. Drinks were good but I felt like the difference in glass size was not ok.
We went in they said it would be a 10 minute wait ened up being a 30 minute wait. Our waiter was very nice and got us what we needed. There was two people that were very rude. The guy with the red sticker on his note pad (Andrew) I believe his name was and the girl who stands in the front with short black hair has a tattoo on her elbow and face piecing. They both walked by our table different times I asked for a sauce and they say yeah I'll get that for you then go and stand back in the front or in the side ignoring the fact that they just said yeah I'll get that for you. And not to far from your table to make that even worse. Lucky our waiter was polite and friendly.
My Food was Delicious! My Hubby had a Burger, but I had a Creamy Broccoli fettuccine with Grilled Chicken. It was so Filling that I had to bring the rest home. Our wait on Love day was Only 45 minutes and we were able to get a booth! Can't Top that!!!
I ordered via uber eats, the food was great! The reason I rated 4/5 because my food was just in an open bag, staple customers food before you give it to drivers, we have all witnessed crazy uber drivers stories. I don't feel safe ordering food from you if you cannot use a simple stapler and staple my food. Am not naive just Cautious!!
Always great. Never a complaint. Best service in Stockton I think! Jordan was my waitress, and she was all over it!!
I've been here exactly twice. Both times the food was about what is expected for Applebee's (Good but not great) but the service was mediocre at best. My last visit the servers didn't take our drinks for over a half hour. Choose a smaller local place for better food and service.
Did a mobile order and food should of been ready for curbside at 340pm.....I checked in at 350pm from the parking lot. I called at 405pm to remind them we are still waiting and Mariana responds if I want it (my food) faster I would have to go into the restaurant. I mentioned it was a mobile order that should of been ready 25 minutes ago and we have been in car. Again another rude response..."well I'm here by myself so if you want it you have to come in". Meanwhile a car pulls up next to us and within 5 minutes they had their food and were driving away. They never have food ready in time but today the service was actually RUDE also. Avoid mobile orders if possible.
My grandmother and I stopped in on our way back to the bay. The host was welcoming and our waitress was quite attentive. Overall dining experience was smooth.
Service was exceptional, food was good but service was better. We usually enjoy ourselves when we dine here so we will more thank likely be back. I just wish they offered open table on line or accepted phone reservations. You have to reserve in person which kinda sucks if you have a car full of kids and have to wait an hour + to be seated. Our server Jordan was wonderful. We spent $178 including tip for a family of 6.
