On behalf of my coworker , last friday she ordered a hot dog among her order through the drive thru. They put a hot dog on the "bottom" of a hamburger bun. She went back through the drive-thru and showed them. She asked if they ran out of hot dog buns and they didn't know. They refunded her food. It was funny hearing this but also not funny.
I got the 4 for 4 deal on Tuesday. Great service.

Out of Root-beer, no unsweetened ice tea. Waited out front for the incorrect order, cold fries, stale, over cooked coney dog on a hard stale bun, and over cooked greasy cheese curds. Third time trying this place, and am done trying.
Because of Covid, Libby is closed.. so we ent thru the drive thru. We ordered two combo meals.. Discovered they left OUT a burger.. and the fries were so greasy.. we couldn’t eat them. We think they used the same oil the KGC is cooked in. It was terrible.
It was a bit of a wait for my onion rings, I ordered the A2 and substituted rings for fries. They did not include napkins or the orange sauce for the rings. I had extra napkins from McDonalds. Good meal.
Kids meal advertised entree, fries, drink and a toy. I asked for mustard, they were out. My Grandson asked for toy and they said we don't have toys. Lady gave him ice cream cone. Nobody asked me if that was ok. I had him eat his food while it melted. They had a long drive through line so we went inside. Waited 5 minutes just to be acknowledged. I wanted chicken tenders, they were out. Sorta clean place, courteous help but understaffed. Very slow service.
Good food, not super busy before 4, a little slow service but hot food.
Do not get a burger here. Root beer floats are great though
Does KFC on Waterloo is always dirty bathrooms are disgusting floor was gross everytable had food on it and they just opened
