The people there need a lot of help on professionalism customer service skills and also the quality of the food is slightly off than it used to be but the portions are way off I I mean you get more meat on a cup of noodles than you do on their combo plates just my personal opinion they bumped up the price and lowered the quantity of food that they give you now the portion of the food guess I got to start finding a new place
Decent price if you use the coupons. I like the chicken the best out of the items. Hong Kong express taste fresh and doesn't taste like processed meat compared to here.
The food is amazing especially their beef bowl.
This place has really good food they now have stir fry udon and it's really good the service was fast I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and they were busy

Took about an 45 minutes to order. Order the XL an when I got home I notice they served the regular portion. This location needs a better manager to oversee employees.
I had eaten there many years ago we got a coupon in the mail so I thought we would try it for dinner done we all love all types of Asian food they didn’t have the meal on the coupon available so I got chicken plates for husband and I and bowel for kids it was so bad the meat had no flavor I think it was as boiled the whole thing went in the trash

Highly disappointed. They're using a quarter amount of the chicken now I had one broccoli one carrot it has half the amount of rice that used to have they don't use jasmine rice anymore and it tasted old and dry I waited 50 minutes to order 30 minutes to get my food and I drove home and they gave me the wrong chicken they give me habanero not teriyaki. And the coleslaw is very small for the price they're charging they might as well put in the container that's 1/4 of the size of the container that actually put it in. But stingy stingy stingy and all the employees were not happy no one was smiling they're acting like slow robots and ask for extra onions and they said I had to wait another 10 or 15 minutes because I'm using the pan we're drying burnt so they're adding these onions for the food and if somebody wants a side they had to remake it where's the quality control the management skills for the staff on top of that they don't have any more carrot cake. And the cashier was going to have me my drink I'm in a wheelchair and I noticed the cup was uneven but she looked at it and still handed to me and I know the lid will not fit. Management needs to clean house and fire everybody and hire a really productive crew whose 20 care about the corporation and the people who choose to eat there!!!
I have always loved their food (thereason for the stars I did give) but my one frustration has always been it was slow so I wished I could order ahead.I was excited when they finally launched the app so I could order ahead and then it glitches every time I tried to add my coupons!I called the Stanton location to see if they could just take my order over the phone so I could pick it up and the person on the phone just says they canta take phone orders, offering no help or alternatives whatsoever. Despite my strong Yoshinoya craving I’m finding somewhere else to eat on principle.
