If I could leave a zero rating I would. Just had THE WORST SERVICE, not only over the phone but in store as well. It’s been and hour of waiting for at LEAST SOMEONE TO ANSWER the phone, got tired went in and ordered. Not ONLY did she get the order WRONG she gave ME attitude for HER mistake! She repeated my order to me twice and still they couldn’t give me my order. I work in the service industry and would never treat anyone the way I was treated today.
Worse experience ever. I ordered 2 extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and 1 Hawaiian add jalapeños, I repeated her the order 3xs and she didn’t give me my receipt. When I picked up the order I was missing the Hawaiian I waited so I can tell them there missing a pizza another lady who didn’t take my order said I need a receipt I told her she didn’t give me one so she gave me attitude and looked it up by my name, so she said I was only charged for the 2 but yet I paid $23 I asked I need the Hawaiian and they said they were going to charge me and I had to wait 15-20Mins more I tried calling to speak to a manager since I was able to speak to one inside and I literally waited 1hr seeing the customers pass by and not answer the phone I was literally sitting outside the store and even when I saw that they weren’t busy they still didn’t pick up the phone.
Tonight 2/7/22, I ordered a regular pizza and Batman pizza around 9pm. The girl in the front, I don’t know if she lacks customer service skills or she’s new, but she pretended not to hear me. She is about 5’4 reddish or light brown hair pale white skin and I think she has glasses. I had to repeat myself a few times before she got it. Then she pretended to not hear the phone ring. She said it was going to be a 15 minute wait and I waited patiently until it was ready. Took it home and my family sat down to dinner… we could immediately taste that they sprinkled on an ocean of salt. I realized she didn’t give me a receipt probably on purpose in case I want to complain. I called nonstop from 9:30-10pm and unsurprisingly they did not pick up the phone. Retrain these employees! They suck. Also for the longest time, this location only accepts card because they are too lazy to wash their hands after cash transactions or what? I don’t get it. Fix your methods of payment too.
You know the saying, "you get what you pay for" well this is no expectation. I walked, didnt get that customer service acknowledgedment that Im so use to (possibly because its fadding now a days), there was no "hot n ready" pizza available. I was not mad, because I understand it was there during a high volume time and also, there could be a shortage of employees not working. So be aware and understanding. The food was fine. It's just pizza. I didnt get anything else that day. Inside didnt look dirty. Nothing special nor disturbing happening here.
Good pizza! Crazy crust and Jalapeno cheese sauce the best! Great store, they cook the pizza best out of the other stores around here.
Tried calling to place an order. After 3 mins on hold I hung up and tried calling again. As an experiment this time I started driving to this location while on hold got there while on hold and place my order, again still on hold. Got my pizza and finally hung up. Little Caesar does not care about your phone call. Come down and place your order

The last time we went to get a pizza from here, they gave us food poisoning. Me and my whole family got violently ill from eating a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. I don't know if they did this on purpose or not but I will never buy another pizza from here again!!! Also the pizza tasted as though they added chili peppers or chili juice to the sauce. It was so spicy and disgusting that it was hardly edible. My stomach literally felt like it was on fire after eating only two slices. We couldn't even bring ourselves to finish the whole pizza because we all felt terrible after eating only a little bit of it. Immediately after we all became sick from our stomachs. It's not the first time their pizzas have made us sick, their pizzas are always old and terrible.
