If I could give zero stars I would. My son is homeless in California. He just started a great new job and because he’s not yet gotten paid he called and asked me to get him something to eat on his lunch break. I ordered him a meal through the app, received my receipt and confirmation email. He rode his bike from work to pick up his order but the cashier told him they didn’t get the order and was quite rude to him. He has a very kind heart and wanted to let it go but I called and asked to speak to the manager. Some guy gets on the phone claiming to be the manager but refused to give me his name or the name of his regional manager and told me there was nothing he could do and that I’d have to find out any contact information on my own. He was very rude, unhelpful and condescending. My son went back to work without anything to eat until later that night when he got off work and could pick up food from McDonald’s I ordered for him. As long as I live I will never do business with ANY kfc.
We met with friends at this spot for a meeting. my friend recommended this spot. Well, we were not disappointed. the staff members were so friendly and we felt excellent. The food was just great. We loved this spot a lot and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Keep it up.
The food is good and the workers are fine
Service at the counter was mediocre at best and the food is some of the worst I've gotten from kfc. Fries have no seasoning and are soggy and the spicy chicken sandwich is the same. Also hardly any sort of sauce on the sandwich.
Wife picked up a bucket last night. She came home complaining about the way she was treated. In addition to a professional job , she actually volunteers at a temple nearby and serves the community no less than 20 hrs every weekend. She understands the job. I never heard her so insulted and "put off" . I would add the chicken looked and tasted like it was old as well as made the day before and 90 % crust, tasteles and stale. Not what we have enjoyed At other KFC RESTURANTS. Needless to say well will not go back to that one..
Dishonest cashiers. I always get back less changes. This had happened so many times. Happened again today 8/25/21 2:50 pm. Not coming back.
I am very mad that they got rid of the $20 fill up dinner selection.They have nothing on their menu now for when people only have two in their household.

Always nice staff they do their best to get your food to ya fresh and hot no leftover fries coming outta this kfc
I just had a 8 piece fill up delivered by Grubhub, sadly that was the only positive thing. The food from KFC looked like it was overcooked in dirty grease, I ordered original recipe, looks like they ran out half way through the chicken and tossed in extra crispy. This is not the first time I have been disappointed in the food there but it will be the last.
