Didn't get her name but a young women shooed away my mom and I while sitting in the drive thru after failing to give us 2 item we ordered which were not in the bag. The rude part was she and her fellow coworker who took the payment avoided coming back to the window to solve the problem. We were ignored until a young man can to attend our needs. They need to retrain both of those staff members.
Very un responsible always late on opening, 2 days on a roll. They don’t even put a sign up on drive they to notify people or anything. NotComing back that’s a for sure thing!
Fast food rarely motivates me to write a review, but I got the best, freshest food and really friendly and kind service at this location on 3/20/22, at noon.
Acknowledgement and little urgency to improve customer service will be a plus, overall food was good, lobby was clean and pleasant with comfortable temperature. Would be nice to see team work where FOH help each other and come out of their station to help with customers instead of running to the back to skip the rush
I placed an order for a family meal online and when I came to pick it up I was going to leave without checking my order first but something told me to double check. The bag was tied in a knot so I couldn’t open it but the worker who made my order ripped it open and it was missing a large side order. I then drove all the way home and took everything out and there were no tortillas. I was so disappointed. Two items were left out of my original order and the thing that bothered me the most was that when I wanted to check my order before I left the place the worker told me everything was in the bag. Of course I had to drive back for the tortillas. It wouldn’t have been a meal without the tortillas…What an experience. ?

Every visit so far it has been clean and the service has been very good. They have always gotten my order right and that means alot when going thru the drive thru.

The drive thru is right next to the road and very difficult to hear the person taking your order. Make sure you check it before you leave the window.
It's always good! I wish I'll Pollo loco would offer a better choice as far as nachos. I wish they would offer a big nacho platter with everything on it. I think they did back in the day but now they just offer a little side nachos it's not filling. Bring back a nacho platter fully loaded
