Order at around 5:00 p.m. before dinner rush, pizza came out cooked to perfection, dough actually rise up in the middle, and I saw bread underneath.Edit: Ordered on a Saturday after 2:00 pm and the pizza came out like an art of work. Pizza wasn't oily, dough in the middle wasn't soggy, and the crust wasn't greasy. You can count on the weekend workers here, taking pride in making a good pizza.
Was on hold for +25min for a question/inquiry and they just picked up the phone and immediately hung up without saying anything. I called back to "place an order" and they said they were closed 4 hours before the time posted on google. The customer service representative even transferred me over when she asked if it was for pick up or delivery. Terrible service.
Nice friendly people and the pizza was perfectly made the way i ordered it.
I’m not sure this is normal but went here today around 1:45. Door was unlocked, I walked in and they said that “we’re on break and we aren’t taking orders till after our break”…… sooooo because you guys don’t plan breaks properly you just shut the restaurant down?

Placed an order over the phone and when I went to pick it up I was told my order wasn’t received and I couldn’t order because the girl was on break
I showed up for the car side delivery and when I indicated I was here the timer for the 2 minutes or more promo for a free pizza. When the timer started y'all turned it off 15 seconds in. On the app it said at 7:47:24 is when I would get my free pizza and I didn't receive it until 7:48. I asked what to do about it and I was told to call the store and I'll be transferred to a manager. I tried calling 5 times! I was on hold varying 6-12 minutes on each of the calls. And after a certain amount of waiting it continues to hang up on me before I even got to talk to anyone. I placed the order with an email that I don't have access to anymore so I don't really know who to reach out to other than going in person to the store. Overall really frustrating experience.
I signed up to get alearts for when my pizza will get here and recieved none nor did i see when the pizza was finish and out for delivery. And when i open the xl pizza is wasnt even cut. There was barely any mushrooms in the pizza too.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Pizzas orders were being "quality checked" for over 16 minutes before then being listed as out for delivery. 30 minutes later, it said the pizzas were delivered and the order complete, yet there were no pizzas on my porch. Manager Heidy was called. She complained she was super busy and short staffed and that pizza was delivered 10 minutes prior.... just as delivery driver pulls up as I am standing outside and hands me the pizzas. She tells me to speak with corporate and then hangs up. I take pizzas inside and find one whole pizza is the wrong pizza. I call back and ask for a refund. She says I can't get one until the delivery driver comes back and picks up ALL the pizzas. I say fine. She says 15 minutes. 25 minutes later, delivery driver calls and says he's on his way to pick up pizzas, but in his 20 years of delivering pizzas, he has never been told by a manager to go back and pick up pizzas for a refund. Told him don't bother, I'll deal with "corporate" and Heidy's mismanagement and poor customer service the next day. I think I will be using Pizza Hut from now on since Heidy's inability to correctly quality check a pizza over the course of 16 minutes and still not get the correct pizza AND then still lacks sufficient customer service skills probably means that everything everything at this store is going to be piss poor. Does this picture look like a Meatzaaa pizza with pineapple?
Pros: The employee that took my order was very helpful.Cons: Lots of upcharging; for chicken, steak, parmesan cheese sauce crust, barbecue sauce--ALL ARE EXTRA!I tried to order online and couldn't get the coupon to work because so many items didn't qualify. So frustrating and disappointing!! I ended up calling the restaurant and the guy on the phone was able to help, he explained all the items that were an additional charge.Good luck with your coupon if you try to order here!
