Usually this Del Taco is on point, but the guy working the late night shift has made multiple errors on my orders on multiple nights now. It's super frustrating (I know, shame on me for believing the guy did his job correctly) to get ready to eat your meal and whatever got put in the bag and handed to you is NOT what you ordered. Or to ask for ketchup and Del Scorcho sauce, be told by the employee at the drive thru window that they're in the bag, and then find out they are not. The only thing in the bag was the wrong darn quesadilla. Not even a napkin. If my last 2 trips to this Del Taco had been my only 2, I for sure would have given a lower rating. But I don't want to hold the whole restaurant responsible for one employees negligence.
I'm so upset. I work across the street and decided to walk to this Del taco to get some lunch and exercise in today. I had been craving the Del carbons and thought I'd treat myself to a milkshake for my walk. Well to my surprise as I'm walking up to the door a staff member opens it and says “we're closed”. Now I can see people inside eating so I'm confused. She stated that I couldn't come in because they are short staff but let me tell you why I'm so hurt and disappointed. I am a proud black (African American) woman. I am well mannered and if I may say so I keep myself well groomed. As I'm walking away I see a Caucasian family with 2 strollers and the exact same staff member holds the door open for them! I'm livid! If I had the time I would go back and protest but I'm just too hungry and I have work to do... Sidenote it is around 12noon on a Saturday and everyone sitting inside was either white or Hispanic. This could result in a huge lawsuit.
This is to the chef and management. For the future can you indicate which burrito has onions in it. I usually go to the Del taco on Lincoln. They always put a O on the burrito package. Please train your chef’s !!!!!!3-6-22 around noon. Not busy at all at this time…Thank you
I LOVE THE CHICKEN TACO FROM DEL TACO, TRIED THE CHICKEN CHEDDER CHEESE QUESADILLA, AND SOME TACOS AL CARBON. GRWAT STASTING FOOD. MANY CHOICES TO CHOOSE FROM.. SODAS ARE GREAT TOO... NICE AND BUBBLELY NOT FLAT.
Whomever has been working the last few times we have visited is awesome! The quesadillas and tacos have been stuffed and stacked! Our order has been correct. The service has been great. Reminds me of the Barstow Del Taco. Thank you!
They don't even know what's on their own menu. Like there's a sign outfront that says mini m&m mint shake and they argued with me at the window saying it's either m&m OR mint. And even on their website, it has mini mint m&m shake. First world problems but sheeh. Also they argued with me when all the had to do (and ended up doing ) as putting a squirt of mint in it. Instead of going back and forth. ? it's for my kid.
It's okay kinda skimpy on the taco meat and chicken same with burritos compared to.orher locations... salsas were clumped together from an open pack ... I'd rather hit another location
Ordered the del taco w soft shell and light lettuce and they give a lot of meat here. It tasted like a burrito. It was really good.
Food was great but drive thru was really slow.
Came here on thanksgiving night, drive thru worker seemed like he was having a bad day with the following words “this night couldn’t get any worse” he sighed after everything he said. My friends and I placed our order and drove to the window. As we received our food the shakes were super watery and we didn’t receive a straw. Tortilla was hard and inedible. My friend and I got food poisoning the night after. I have never gotten this sick from eating fast food.
