Food was okay from what I heard from guest and he will make standard things a banquet should offer, a favor to you. Wouldn't recommend to others. Asked for him to turn the a/c up and ignored us. Also randomly came in the take pictures of us and the guests which I felt was a violation of our privacy.
Large parking lot which needs to be paved. Food was ok, but the menu was totally fudged, the "salad" course was merely the lettuce under the eggrolls. And then they forgot the fried rice. Meanwhile the serving style was slow and sporadic leaving people who were hungry parcelling tablespoon size portions of food. I don't know why they don't just use a cart.

I have never seen this before; every table gets one bowl, but not here.Soda was not served, you needed to ask for it from the storage area. I thought he was one of our party, but he started serving people. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw an employee in regular dress at a “Restaurant & Banquet”. The same server even mistook me asking to take leftovers for to-go and thought I wanted to take the plate as well. Ridiculous. Another person at my table had to specifically tell him that I just wanted to-go boxes.The only highlight was the nicely decorated Christmas trees.I would not go here again. Even a Chinese buffet would taste better.

We celebrated our big day (02.22.20) at Crystal Banquet. The venue looks nice and their dance floor has enough rooms for most of our guests. We have space to set our bridal table, and lots of spaces for our big family guests to take pics. We love this restaurant because of their service. The owner, Chú Phát, was very friendly to show us every little details of the restaurant and best suggestions for our wedding. His wife and he helped us imaging how our reception will look like. The staffs were very nice and friendly. They helped us to set up centerpieces on tables, to hang decorations for our backdrop, and to clean up afterwards. Recommended! Should be your first venue when you browse around for wedding restaurant.
There is no heat at this place when it is in the winter. This place is just a big room for catering. The food is not good.
