Steak Frites was good.
Most menu items are very good, and great selection of craft beer on tap. Service is good but could be better with additional staff. Usually one person during the day for the bar, restaurant and coffee shop.
Ask for Kelvin!! He is wonderful, patient, and has a fantastic memory and wonderful way with people. Get the Veuve Clicquot champagne, gigantic shrimp over pasta(like 3 little lobsters!) Ahi seared is to die for!! Could not stop eating, so delicious.
In a city like San Francisco, this place would be a terrible waste of your time and money. Food is mediocre, portion size is like a kids meal, pricey as hell and service is pathetic.

Better than any of the neighboring hotel coffee shops. Real bar, modest food menu. Nice bartender. Service was unbelievably sloooow but I think it was just some kitchen mistake.
