Ordered takeout and found a HAIR in my food. I’ve called customer service multiple times over the last couple weeks with no help, and now it’s too late to get a refund for the rest of the food that I threw away because I was so disgusted by this hair. All I wanted was to get my money back and if I’d known Taco Bell customer service would’ve been so useless, I would’ve just gone to the store right after work and demanded it back. Absolutely garbage service.
The service at this location was extremely slow I order on line and When i went to pick it up they didnt have it so they told me to wait and i wait it for 30 minutes I almost cancel my order ! I finally got it and my son had to go inside they not even bothered to come outside and give it so I dont recomenend this Tacobell at all!!!??
Corporate needs to retrain manager and employees telling customers they need to purchase something to use the restroom this is not a franchise I’m very sorry you need to follow corporate policy when operating any business in America this isn’t about principal they should not be allowed to get away with this please advise
There is a new covered carport-type awning for cars parked on the property (as of 2/17/2022).Super quick service using the indoor kiosk. Indoor dining is open and clean. There is also outdoor seating for those who prefer fresh air. I will be returning!
We had to drive up and wait for our order. Nothing crazy of a wait, but a little odd for fast food.Sad there are still no flamin hot Doritos locos despite the app saying there are.
I honestly didn't know that it was a huge issue to go inside and pick up my order instead of going through the drive-thru. Oh, and the girl behind the counter made sure to fully let me know. I love it when they start talking about you in Spanish, not knowing that you're completely fluent yourself ?
I love the soft tacos ? with extra meat that's my thing so much pleasure with the hot sauce I highly recommend you give it a go cheers
Terrible service. The afternoon team is not well trained. They don't know the menu. Seem to had 2 people on intercom and neither girl understood. Instead of asking to come to the window she said come order in the lobby. They stop responding when i tried asking about an item. I ended up leaving without placing my order due to their negligence. Its best not to eat from this location.
This location particularly takes care of the customer and make sure that the order is correct, this is always good food but also this was a great experience
