Clean, but no soap in shower. Bed clean, covers have fresh scent, but is uncomfortable. I still recommend..
I Love how they are open very early . Quick service and the Best part , they make my white chocolate mocha perfect .

One of my favorite Starbucks stores as of recent.Shout out to Jennifer who knew my order within a few visits! She's super bubbly and nice and I don't even have to give her my drink order when I walk in. There's a parking lot as well so it's a decent location!
We stopped here in a hurry so the fast service was welcome. We bought 2 cafe lattes and took them with us on our drive and they were good.
Service was great but the coffee tasted burnt.
Bad customer service , ordered two chicken sandwiches and gave back wrong items, doesn't seem employees doesn't like to work there! ? , wish all the employees where kind and honest !

I am a daily Starbucks customer that travels extensively. Without question, this is the worst Starbucks in the Bay Area. The staff is loud, rude and the male employees look like they just rolled out of bed in the morning. They display a variety of breakfast sandwiches with no placard of the name of the sandwich with the price. This causes confusion and often times the staff prepares an item you didn't ask for, overcharges you and then tries to embarrass you by loudly pronouncing "just take the sandwich for free" instead of just preparing what I ordered. No thanks. The store is connected to a gas station and is so small that staff often has the drink pick-up area blocked with boxes of unopened product. One of the AM clerks speaks so loudly and unprofessionally that I am immediately turned off when I visit. Today was my last visit to this location.
