I just walked into Starbucks at 1:40 pm.I wanted to wash my hands before I placed my order, because I just left Saint Vincent de Paul's thrift store across the street.I asked where was their restroom and I was told it's closed. Oh by the way I'm black.

I'm not waiting for 30 minutes for a drip coffee and wait for all 55 Frappuccinos to be made in front of me it's not that hard to turn around pour coffee and just give it to me
My almond latte was the best I've had in a long time! Also the young men who were working that day were great. I was having trouble with my app and the young man who rang me up helped me. Your lucky to have such a patient and friendly employee. Thank You Starbucks for such wonderful employees!
This Starbucks were excellent customer service, especially the new associate Andrew. I give him 5 stars too for being so helpful this afternoon!
Mind you they had customers sitting inside eating without masks on. I waited Outside the entire time for a pick up and it was a very long wait. As order is done the guy working uses his abuse of power infront of everyone against me I instantly felt triggered and threatened when I told him I was exempt he said he was too and that next time I BETTER HAVE A MASK like he was going to hurt me if I didn't. I have PTSD and Other health conditions that make me legally exempt and I did everything to stay away from everyone and for him to turn around and rate me is uncalled for I was picking up not sitting there like the others not wearing masks I waited outside and I felt targeted because the wait was extremely and offensively long people came and went and I just stood there looking through the window... After telling many people about how I did all I had to do to avoid people and how his behavior was domineering, aggressive, and incompassionate, they too will no longer go to this Starbucks.
Customer service here stands out above all other coffee shops because of the hospitality. The community of people who hang out here are also very social and upbeat.
The coffee here is like in every other Starbucks, but what I appreciate the most is the customer service they provide! Really friendly guys, always kind, and it's really a pleasure to be back there. Recommended!
