They make your order at yhe time you order. They are pleasant and personal. There is a wait but it all good
This is by far, the least wait I had a Popeyes restaurant. I had to do a double take and make sure I wasn't dreaming when my order came out. We had 4x spicy chicken sandwiches, 2x mac and cheese, 2x cajun fries and pie. I love that Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich. The only drawback is my coke tasted weird. It wasn't sweet enough. They need to change the syrup.
Lilliana is the manager I think, but let me tell you..she gets me right EVERY SINGLE TIME! I’m from ATL and been out in San Fran & this gem gives me my peace of home I’m looking for! They know what they doing & I will go every time! Strawberry frozen lemonade is awesome & dealing with liliana is just an awesome experience all around. Great job y’all, they set the bar high

Probably the fastest Popeye's I've ever been to. I swear my food came out before the receipt was even done printing.
Hidden jewel of a fast food restaurant. I'm reluctant to review it because the lines are usually short. If people know how good this Popeye's is, they may come here in droves.
Food was great, the chicken sandwich is delish! The 30 min wait? Horrendous. 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 cajun fry took over 30 min when ordered at the counter.Web orders seemed to be doing no better, people were stacked up waiting all over, with no where to sit. Seems they just decided they are take out only. Doubtful it's mandate, as you can enjoy your meal inside at Togo's next door.Apparently they aren't allowing use of the bathrooms, either.
Food was good, employees are probably overworked, so they're tired and not super chirpy. They work their a$$es off for sure though
I will never go to the one on Hayes and Divisadero again. They have been price gouging. $30.00 for two 3 piece meals, is ridiculous!
