We went here for the first time last night. It’s a nice little place, and the food is good. However, I found the staff was not very friendly nor inviting. It could have just been because it was towards the end of the day, but nonetheless they didn’t seem happy to be working there at all. The restaurant was also very cold. It didn’t seem like they had any heating whatsoever. If we want Pho again, we will probably return since the food is good, but we will be sure to bring our jackets and not expect the staff to be friendly.
Decent food, but their large pho is NOT large at all. They are scamming, prices way too high for what it is worth.
Food is good. Service is excellent.
Best pho I've ever had in my life, very close to our place too! Staff is friendly and the noodles are the best.
It’s just ok, low value for money. I’ve had Pho in many places at Little Saigon Tenderloin SF, Fremont and San Jose. This place bites the dust. Had the large bowl of Pho (Tai Bo Vien which is beef slice and balls) which turned out to be a small in other typical Vietnamese restaurants; what’s worse is they charge higher than places in downtown SF. Low value for money due to the amount of beef slices and balls included; approximately half of what you’d get elsewhere. Two stars for taste and ease of parking. I would encourage people to go elsewhere or drive to downtown SF if you’re craving for Pho, otherwise this place is still ok, not great.

We ask for high chair for my son, at first she said later because the high chair is right in the corner, and then when she is ready to take for order we ask her again for the high chair she said in a rude way “just give my son a booster because she cant carry the high chair and its too heavy for her to carry”. We ordered 1-#1 and 1-#2 and #33 which we clearly told her but she never repeat our order. And then she came back to us telling that we only orders #1 and #33 and sounds like she was blaming us. Costumer service is not good and will not recommend it to others especially if you will have your kids with you.
Good, cheap, good location, variety of options. Its been a while since I came here because of the pandemic , but let you know they still got it. I usually come here for beef pho picks, once in a while ill get the rice plates.Good service, tea , clean tables and quick for seating. The food itself is slightly above average. Nothing to die for , Thats only reason I wouldnt give it a full five star.
Update from 5* to 1* because of the noodles.Changing the noodles every week! Why is that !?The noodles taste pretty bad and very small portion of noodles. Never green onion, only cilantro. When I call to order I always said Please pay attention ( I want the meat inside the soup and that never happened) ??♀️ ? asking for green onion, never green onions. The taste is not the same.
I have been to Pho Saigon over the decades and over time I am sorry to say so but the truth is that their food quality has gone down. The soup base for the pho has lost its soul. Unless I am pressed for time and want something warm, I dropped by Pho Saigon. Otherwise, I would rather go to Ben Tre.
