Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. It's very much a dessert buffet. Many pastries of all varieties. Croissants, doughnuts, turnovers. Would like to see more cream filled pastries.
Everything about this place was great, its clean and the service is nice. So many pastries and sweets to choose from, basically though everything there is to die for. :D
I had a very bad experience and an embarrassing situation that morning. (January, 29, 2022 9:10 a.m.) I approached the cashier for payment and the young tall man wearing black clothes said that I jumped in. The situation is that I did not find any queue at that moment. I and another customer both approached the cashier for payment at the same time. I put the tray to the cashier and the tall black clothing staff said that the other was earlier than me. I replied it did not matter. I let him pay before me. The odd thing is that the other counter also opened at the same time as the queue was found. I was not asked to go to that counter for payment and let the other customers behind me pay for the stuff.I was very embarrassed.I did not know what his rank was in the Baguette as no tag was sticking to his shirt.To solve my embarrassment he needed to tell me to another counter to pay my order. I need to express my experience of Paris Baguette as I am a royal customer to Paris Baguette. I often recommend the Baguette to my friends. I also have friends who gather at Baguette. Being a shop owner, I discuss my experience with my staff and bring my case to the staff brainstorming for alerting in that way which is very bad to the customer services and reputation of the shop.--
Freshly baked goods are delicious! Brought pastries to a retirement celebration and they were gone in minutes. Too bad they don't make pre-order accommodations because I was late for work because I had to wait until they opened. Wish they also had the option for decaf espresso drinks. Lastly, I have seen the workers eating while working so giving them the benefit of the doubt they aren't the ones touching the food at the same time.
When I want crunchy and delicious croissants, I just go there. The pastry here is just wow, always fresh, always super tasty! Yeah, it's a bit crowded in the mornings, but it is worth the wait. Great place, amazing staff, highly recommended!
I have always enjoyed having matcha latte from Paris baguette but somehow the latte I got here tasted no where close to matcha at all ! The server was kind and she accepted that there have been complaints about the flavor but I still got to go back with the same drink ?♀️
Unfortunately, I had a negative customer service experience at Paris Baguette on Westborough. No need to elaborate further. Clearly from other reviews, this is a known problem. We are very reasonable and direct people. We have already went to the Paris Baguette website and put in a full description of what happened; including my full name and direct phone number. We checked the box that we would be happy to spare some of our valuable time to discuss further. As of this review, we have yet to hear back from you. We understand this is nothing personal. The low morale and toxic culture of poor work ethic is unacceptable. We wish your franchise much success with the changes you plan to make. All the best!
If you are a pastry, bread and cake lover, thus is THE place for you. It's all fresh, delicious, and made with love and perfection. We went there 3! because it's just sooooo good. Highly recommend, oh and the coffee is divine!
It's okay, seems to be a legitimate source for french pastry selection, albeit somewhat questionable, having not been to an actual french bakery.
