Came here for a quick lunch with my mom on a Friday afternoon. It was fairly empty so we were seated right away. We opted for their $10 a dish lunch deal and I got the beef with egg and mom got the bittermelon with beef. I’m as expecting my egg to be the watery ones on top of the beef but it was jsut scrambled egg so it was disappointing. It came with rice and soup, the soup was very simple but tasty. Will return for the good deals.
I ordered salt & pepper deep-fried ribs and shrimp chow mein. $30.00...??When I am deciding whether to Tip for take out, this employee reach from BEHIND the counter and PRESS a Tip himself....I said, "you shouldn't do that"!Well when I got back to San Francisco, I couldn't believe it. No salt and pepper fried ribs.....Whole BAKED ribs.Great Chow mein.uncut
10 tables. Extensive food list. Average quality.
Always delicious and fresh! The black pepper fried rice has lots of big veggie chunks (makes it healthy in my book!) and is mildly spicy due to jalapeños, general chicken is moist and saucy, comes with a side of broccoli, and the salt and pepper green beans with tofu are also great, they have a nice bite to them. They offer free potstickers with a $35 (?) order, we always call ahead and it takes about 15-20 min usually. I am never disappointed when we come here!
I LOVED THIS PLACE...! UNTIL THEY DID THE UNTHINKABLE...We always get the General Tao's chicken from here. Just last week we walked in and got to-go. We sat down at a table to wait. Then we saw a cook walk out without a mask, turned up, saw us, then all of a sudden SNEEZED RIGHT ALL OVER THE COUNTER and ON TO THE TEAPOTS!!! I couldn't believe it!!?? And during this crazy time! He didn't care and sat at chair somewhere near us! I wish I had a video of this as it would probably go viral. I wouldn't care so much about the views but more of the safety of anyone else wanting to eat here.I am boycotting this restaurant until things get closer to normalcy. I wish the owner would understand the gravity of the situation ?. My wife was with me and we stayed outside instead. We grabbed our food from afar and will not be coming back here for a while. Support businesses I understand, but if they don't show any safety of others, why should we take a risk. Basically eat here at your own risk. I'd love to come, but now not anytime soon...
Legit Chinese food
Had dinner here last week with my BFF's family and it was my first time here and everything was DELICIOUS! So fresh and tasty and so happy to find out it is a family-owned business! Will definitely come back again!(We had the salt & pepper cod and it was so good that we ordered another one because we finished the first dish so quickly! We also had the tofu with mushrooms and seafood noodle dish)
Terrible, terrible customer service.Walked in and an employee was eating near the entrance. Asked where I should I pick up the food I ordered on postmates and just pointed to the other side of the restaurant. No greeting, no words - just pointed.Got my food and explained I ordered a bowl of their soup and not a cup. The lady was adamant that it was only a cup, even though I had the order their to show them.Asked for condiments (hot oil, soy sauce) and it was literally shoved into my hand.Needles to say, we are taking our business elsewhere. The only reason they get two stars is because we've been here before. Although they have never been friendly, they were at least respectful. It is because of that they didn't get one star. Although this visit merits it.
Food is decent but they are probably the rudest establishment in Westborough Plaza.
Def one of my favorite chinese restaurant! Great food, good pricing. Dont know about customer service yet, since you cant dine-in but highly recommend this place if you order food to go.
