Be aware that some franchise locations are reusing frying oil so much that one can smell the rancid oil in the food even before tasting it. I threw away my chicken nuggets after being nauseated from eating a few – This Westbrough location appears one of the worst offenders of this. Also, at Westbrough location you will only get three sauces per 10 piece nuggets. Additional cost 25 cents or more. All this sums up why this location was a ghost town at busy rush hour, dinner time.The Airport blvd, SSF and Millbrae are the better of the McD locations.
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered five of the exact same thing, burgers with no cheese or onions. I got four with everything, including cheese and onions and one with no meat. This was in the drive-through and it took ten minutes to get my order. Now I’m inside waiting for them to fix it. It’s been 15 minutes. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever received at a McDonalds, which are usually well run.
Was really first time i can say yucky I ordered a quarter pounder I said no cheese had to go back in to say again no cheese they gave me the hamburger again with cheese ? then I repeated No cheese I had to look at it to make sure no cheese. Not only that the hamburger was finally correct. But when I took that bite the bun was dry and the meat was cold ? it was horrible. This is why I don't eat McDonald's!!! Never again
Need employee training on how to handling customers. I order drive tru for chicken nuggets and large fries. I was expecting the large cardboard container and I got a paper bag pouch which size like a small fries. I came back and told that I order large fries and he said that is a large fries, and I told him if it look like a large fries for him and I said I don't want it. He went back and threw it in the garbage but talking bad in spanish and grab a full fries. I told him he don't have to talk bad. I came back for what I paid for.
Drive thru was quick and easy. Have to ask for more sauce for a 20 piece! Save time and ask up front. My bad!
Went through the drive through ordered our meal got a chicken nuggets kids meal got home no food in the happy meal box. Ask to have the entire order remade Manager Sandra Lopez refused to remake the order said it should be fine.

We have been to different McDonald’s in the Bay Area and every store except this one, charge large coffee for only $1.00 plus tax. Even the McDonald’s TV ad says it is only for one dollar. However, this store at Gellert Blvd in South San Francisco CA charge the same item for $1.90 excluding tax! How come they have a different rule?
10:40AM waited 40 minutes for breakfast and didn’t get the food. About 10 orders ahead. Recommend ordering the food 1 hour ahead when it’s busy. Another visit 9:30AM got the food right away.The app won’t let you order before you get there.The app can’t save your time.
Terrible. AVOID! Manager chastised me for ordering the wrong thing. I took issue with his attitude (I was not rude, I just firmly replied I didn't appreciate his attitude), to which he replied that he didn't like my attitude. Excuse me? I asked to speak to the manager - and he told me that he was the manager. I asked for his name, which he would not give, and immediately demanded I should leave. Totally unacceptable. Totally unprofessional. Made my daughter cry.
