I hust had a bad experience with this mcdonalds branch. I ordered from the mobile app and redeem points for big mac and ordered additional 1 2 cheeseburger meal. Upon arriving to their drive thru I gave them my order number and my ordered showed up to the screen and the guy on the speaker said hold-on for a minute and then after a while my order change and I was charge for the free big mac. I told this to the cashier and keep insisting that the problem is not theirs and its my phone and that I am the one who ordered and it’s my fault. And so I end-up going inside and talk to the manage which she immediately refund me for the 5.99 charged plus tax. And it doesnt end there I went back to my car and waited for my order and its been 10mins of waiting and my order didnt show up, so I went inside again to ask for my order and immediately left. The 2nd manage who gave me my ordered doesnt seems to be happy with me and had me waiting for a few minutes before giving my the sofa included in my order and to top it all upon checking my order instead of having 2 cheese burger we end-up with just 1 chesseburger and the bigmac. This was not the first time that I experience this in this mcdonald that they will give you missing items in your order and didnt learn my lesson. So if your buying on this mcdonald double check your order if its all there and double check your receipt id your paying what your supposed to pay.

I order Drive throu the guy first he give me regular then I taste i said this is regular coffee my order decaf he lie to me then I came back he replaced the coffee decaf he mixed it with regular coffee then put old coffee decaf make look like hot stupid poor service I caught him mix the regular coffee from old decaf idiot very poor customer service not good
I spend a lot of money for my family.I was the 5th person from Drive thru and Front that our order are wrong and missing order.I asked to separate the fries because they don't place on the bags properly.No customers service attitude or welcoming attitude.We had to say Thank you and Have a great Day to th dispiste all the mistakes they made.One more thing.A Spanish speaking Supervisor was yelling at the others workers.They don't deserve to be assulted.The employees didn't get paid enough.
They are nice, listen good. Order correct. Drive thru. Only problem usually a line. Other people like them also. Friendly! Know me, not by name.
When they deliver they must give the old French fries, hamburgers that have been sitting out there for hours. Do Not Get Your Food Delivered.
Your typical McDonald's. 9 times out of 10 at the drive through they forget to put all your items in your bag
