Had it not been for the kindness of some strangers, I would not have gotten my food. In fact, for daring to use the app to order from the McD's that claimed to be open til midnight, and dare go pick up my food, the Neanderthal manager[?] (he certainly took it on to manage this transaction) flipped me off and had a fit (one I couldn't hear because I was locked out) behind the counter (that my food was sitting on).If you're in one of the many surrounding hotels seeking some late night food a few hours before it closes, save yourself the trouble—no restaurant is worth this, let alone McDonalds. They lock at 10pm, which one of their many signs correctly reflects (yet another claimed 11pm and their site, again, midnight). They opened the door for other folks who flashed the app, but not for me, whatever reason that was. May the big boy with his temper tantrum be replaced (strangers said he had a bad temper with them too) soon when he inevitably fails the anger management training by a stoned teen who objectively leads much better.Food's fine.

The restaurant was clean and orderly. Raul P. , a Customer Service Employee working the inside lobby / indoor eating area was amazing! He walked me through the process of ordering via the automated kiosk. He also took the time to explain where I may find daily specials the restaurant was offering. Not only was he kind and helpful with me, I saw him conduct himself in the say manner with other customers. I also saw him deliver a meal to a waiting car. When he approached the car, he greeted and smiled at the occupants. He appeared very pleasant and welcoming. He definitely is an asset to the restaurant

This is a terrible restaurant, overpriced and do not have breakfast all day. They also charge extra for large size drinks or coffee where every where else all drinks are $1. Also make sure you check your order before leaving. They always forget something. I just got home and realized they forgot my chicken sandwiches that I order. So make sure you check your order before driving off (I wish I did!) but that's their job to make sure we get what we order. My advice is to drive a little further and get better food and service at a better price. This place is TERRIBLE!!!

Very busy location where automated ordering stations are many and seemed the way to order. However, any variation to the standard items was hit and miss. Many complaints were overheard while waiting for order. My complaint is paying for a medium hot cappuccino and receiving only 1/3 liquid and the rest foam. Should have been charged accordingly... almost star bucks pricing without the quality.

I was hungry after a long flight, it was within walking distance I went to order me to eat was very efficient and fast service and definitely delicious and fresh!

Twice I've came here through drive thru. Never again. Ordered a McChicken with no lettuce and twice I got a burnt chicken pattie and burnt bread. Ridiculous.

Awful attitude here. Had good experiences here before but was accused of not paying for my drink when I ordered the 1 for 1 Diet Coke. Extremely rude. Both the Mansger and some guy called Raul. V disappointed in my experience. Ridiculous. It’s just $1… why would I not pay for that. I will never be coming here again.

I've only utilized the Drive Thru here on each of my many visits, so I can't speak for the inside of the restaurant but I will say for the many times I've picked up orders for my customers(DD/Uber) I've never had a customer call me&say item missing or incorrect item was in sealed bag after I've dropped off.As far as my own meals or a simple cup of coffee I've stop by to get from here-Perfect execution each time so far!Very friendly, attentive employees!!!

So I went through the drive thru this morning. Ordered my food and asked for an extra hash brown, saw on the screen I was charged for it. Paid, and drove up to the second window, grabbed my bag without checking, thinking THEY checked because I saw the attendee was looking at the reciept. Drove off and then realized that i didn't get the second hash brown I paid for. This is the second time this has happened... AND another incident with the fries.. ordered a Large and when i went into the bag and saw the fries, the "large" container only was not filled and you can still see the fold in the fries container still., like they didn't bother opening up the container and filling up the large fries. THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!!!

It's McDonald's, I'm a little against the foods but the customer service here is delightful. The employees seem to be very happy so whatever the management is doing here, should be modeled throughout the chain.
