We went to lunch today, 5.1.2022 and our group of 10 were very disappointed with the server's customer service. The server is very rude - from seat arrangement, taking orders, setting up the table, serving water and coffee. On top of that, 1 out of our 4 orders was served wrong, although we gave our written orders for the server to copy. The server is not happy by her voice and action as though she hated working and it was only 11:30am. No thank you from her and our thank you's were ignored.The food: the fried catfish and pork binagoongan were good but forget the lomi. The halo-halo presentation is not conducive to eat. The pandan is not what we expected.If you ate there and had a different experience, congratulations, your server have a good customer service attitude.
If I have an option to choose, I will give them zero! Too overpriced!, and food was too greasy! Too fatty - less lean meat! It's a heart killer!!!
Huge portions! Oxtail kare kare yum. Halo halo yum. Chicken veggie tamarind soup too salty but packed with okra, green beans, onions, and green veggies. Also warms the insides.
Food are good and portions are huge for a reasonable price . End up ordering bulalo, pancit bihon,chicken BBQ, bistek, garlic rice and halo halo
All is good n excellent but one thing I didn't like is when they post they're time to be open till 8pm and we arrive at 7:20 they said they're already closed. Just bcuz they have enough customer inside. I'm almost sure they'll take us if the place is empty. But whether they're busy or not if u arrive at 7:30 they won't take you. PLS. CHANGE YOUR CLOSING TIME TO 7:30 PM IF YOUR NOT ACCEPTING CUSTOMER SINCE WE CAME FROM FAR SIDE OF THE City N EXPECTING WE CAN MAKE IT AT 7:30 ONLY TO BE TURN DOWN.The worst thing is that after my review was posted went back to dine in, we arrive at 7:05 ask for table and she responded by saying let me ask the people inside if we can serve and finally they let us dine in. We order tinola n bangus. They said maybe they're out of bangus, she check the kitchen n said ok they have it. Tinola that was serve was the worst tinola I ever had it was obviously stale n old , I end up with diarrhea, n didn't even touch it. It is a retaliation from my past review. I would never go back there worried theyll served me with I don't know what. Sorry for doing this honest review. I used to like it only complain I had is the business hours posted on their door but now I can't take any chances of how wicked they could react of negative review .
The lady taking the orders was rude. I didn't give you a tip because of the way you treated me. You have no respect for the elders and the disable. You lack people skills lady.

One of the greatest Filipino Moms and pops restaurant in the neighborhood. Great chef and food and costumer service! The place gets busy on weekends so plan ahead as a waiting list can be thirty to 45 minutes long on holidays! The servers were very nice and they make you feel at home like a Filipino family kitchen! Highly recommended! Salamat po KARILAGAN Staff!
