I came from San Francisco To order food for a traveling customer We moved from downtown San Francisco at2:45AM We arrived at 1695 El Camino Real, South San Francisco, CA 94080 at3:00AmWaiting for our turn to order We got to the phone to order food after a long time 15 minutesThe biggest problem We were more than 15 minutes late at the place where we spoke with the restaurant I decided to go to the window He simply told me we are not working now we have a problem And we'll need 20 minutes to fix it I told him we've been waiting for more than 30 minutesAnd a lot of cars are waitingWhy didn't you answer us through the microphone?He should have talked to customers and told them that he had a problem and would be late to fix it We lost 50 minutes and didn't get any food

Every time I order from drive thru, I have to keep asking them to give my credit card back, every time. Employee will give you attitudes and sometimes will mess up your order. Place looks dirty as you can see trash on the floor. I don’t know if they’ve never been properly trained or they just don’t care about customer service. I love Jack in the Box more than other fast food companies, but this place is the worst.

I love Jack in the box tacos but the last two times I have ordered loaded tiny tacos and received nacho tiny tacos , which I don't like.Don't want to have to check to see if the order is correct.

1/2022 update: moldy bun served in drive thru. I know it happens, just wish it was caught by staff, lost appetite ? got a refund. Not a fun thing.Original Review: They aren't giving receipts and there was a mistake with our order. Make sure to ask for a receipt. Watched as cashier gave people their cards back without receipts. Ours wasn't in food bag either.

This place made me wait 20 minutes. Which I totally understand because they can’t change the system stuff. But I waited in the actual line another 6 minutes. ImNot complaining about the wait because it is 4 in the morning. But after all that waiting Im told at the window that their Apple Pay machine is broken. Have a sign up or something. Very disappointed with my experience because I drove off without food due to their lack of communication with their customers.

It's been awhile since I have been to here. 1st the monster taco was taken away, now they cook the regular tacos different. It used to be fully fried with the cheese in it. Now they put fresh lettuce in it after with no cheese. Not the same. It was the last thing I would eat there. Now I'm not going back.

I hate to say this usually I give credit to the store if it deserves it, but this place really sucks in every thing. No good customer service, grouchy people they do not have good customer service, All the employees need to take a class/training in customer service seriously . Bad service very disappointed with this one business.

I ordered through Uber eats and they forgot all the tacos we ordered. I bought food for all my coworkers and now several of them have nothing to eat.

I probably come to this Jack in the box once every 2 months. I always get a random craving for Jack in the Box tacos. I also really enjoyed the curly fries.The drive through line can you get long depending on the time of day come here, but food gets out in a timely manner so you don't wait in line for too long. The staff here is usually pretty friendly and quick.My food is usually hot anytime I order from here, so I never have to worry about the food getting cold on the short drive home.
