Food ExcellentService really goodGetting seated with a reservation left a lot, I mean a lot to be desired. It was Kaos.We weren't seated until almost a half hour after our reservation time; but once seated thing got rapidly better. Food was standard Dim Sum fare. With the Eel/Ham Chow mein being worth a mention. We were so hungry, things were devoured before pix could be taken. Except for desserts; they were the best! Pix below.Parking is mostly street and very crowded; if you're willing to walk, there is a public, pay for a space, parking garage a block away.Oh and bring plenty of money, this place is a bit pricey!

Good food. Good vibe. Chefs are real good. But no water at our table with some really hot (warm) food at times, and the only thing to cool your now hot mouth is a warm tea.Finding a good parking really depends on your luck despite long stretches of curbside parking so be warned. Anyways....is it worth parking far for the food?YEAH...but ask for water as soon as you sit because they will forget.

It was excellent Dimsum, the whole family like it. I highly y

Great food and atmosphere even under COVID conditions.

I've been here several times in the past. The service is getting worse and so is the food quality. The turnip cake was undercooked and tasted horrible, the XLB had no soup and was lacking flavor, and if you want something like chili sauce, you'll end up having to ask for it 3+ times until you get it. On the flip side the pan fried shrimp and chives dumplings and a few others were great. Also their chili sauce is one of the better ones in the area.

Lots of varieties. Excellent food.

Nice quiet dinner. Ordered the Chicken Pao; packed with flavor. Not too much, well balanced flavors. Healthy portions. Very attentive and friendly staff. I was lucky that there was not many people; it was quite peaceful. Only not-so-great was the no wifi or ability to be on phone at all. (Not cheap.)

Best Dim Sum I've had in the bay area. We ordered way too much of course and felt sad after, but the crispy pork belly. Lord baby Jesus. He lives.

Nice big dining hall, tasty dimsum, quick service, teapot doesn't leak while pouring!

good service and good food
