I am so happy there is a decent Karaoke in south San Francisco! The rooms are newly remodeled, the sound system is decent, and the rooms have great lighting. We came here during COVID as well because they sanitize every room before use, and even provide you with sanitizing wipes, mic covers, and hand sanitizers in each room. They also have food and drinks service in case you get hungry from all the singing! Their group deals (4+ppl) are amazing, so I recommend checking those out!
They don’t take orders thru phone without paying first. I placed an order thru phone after the plane landed at midnight, and hoping to pay and pick it up after leaving the airport. 30 mins later when I arrived, the food wasn’t ready, and that’s because they didn’t want to start cooking until I’m there to pay for it but didn’t mention it on the phone. So I ended up waiting another 15 mins. On top of that, $19 for roasted duck noodle soup?! Quality was subpar! They open late, and that’s the only thing good about it.
From reserving a room to the end of our event, overall it was a great experience.When we first enter the facility, masks are required, the staff takes our temperature and required us to sanitize our hands.The staff was nice and explained the promotion, which is $38 including a drink and food. They guided us to our room and made sure to let us know everything was sanitized and gave us extra sanitary wipes to clean more if we wanted. The staff also explained to us how to use the system and made sure we were ok.The song selection was great, it has HK’s songs. We had a great time decorating the room and sang for hours. Overall experience was great and we will definitely come back and host more event. This facility is definitely safe during COVID times.
Wasn't able to find a late night joint for food when we got in town. This lil divey joint saved my stomach from eating itself. It did take some time to get food as everything is made to order it appears so I'm not mad about that. The portions are huge and the flavor is legit Hong Kong style eats! You have to call the number and place your order and go pick it up as there is no waiting inside. The food was hot and packed well and I'd definitely order from them again. Patience grasshoppa... You want fast food don't order here. You want good food... Order here and be patient as the food is made with love!
I am always happy to pick up food at E-Plus. If you like the Macao style, their seafood baked spaghetti cannot be beat. They have good fish, chow mein, chow fun. Very nice people run the place. Looking forward to our next visit!

Yes, yes, yes! My new favorite spot!! The food was excellent! I can't wait to go back and bring friends! We ordered at the restaurant and did the takeout option. She was so sweet and helpful! They were out of what I originally wanted to order, so she gave me her recommendation for another meal and it was delicious. Thank you for the great food!
I ordered the pork chops with onions and it was disgusting! The pork stinks! It did not taste like pork and the pork quality was like a mushy flour. It was covered in tasteless sauce. Very bad. Tasteless and disgusting! Waste of money. Don’t order. You will regret it!
