Filthy. No napkins, counters sticky, stained and covered with white powder. Floor is covered in dirty napkins, food and masks. Rude to customers. Piss poor service. Incompetence is astounding. Hash browns were delivered as overdone hockey pucks making them inedible. Iced coffees were so heavily sugared and watered down, I spit out immediately. The strawberry/passion fruit drink? I buy one everyday. Today, it went back to store. No management on site and the young kids behind the counter had no clue how to issue a refund. They need WAY more training and a manager on site to run the ship. Take the time to go to Camino Real.
Barista should pay attention of the order and stop talking because it caused them to make mistakes in my order. They need to learn how to make the beverage with a good taste based on what the business is advertising and based off of what it is being ordered. Makes me wonder if they are applying their own personal taste and not the way the menu is saying it should be.
The doughnuts are always delicious. And this was my first time having the avocado toast. It was delicious! I'll be back just for that! But I gave them three stars because they got the drink orders wrong. And we had to go back in to get them fixed and it took just as long as the first time to get them fixed. So it's like waiting twice for your one order. We ate almost all our food before we had our drinks. (Sorry ate all the doughnuts before we got to the other food and photos!)
Got the sourdough breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Sourdough breakfast sandwich is big, looks great and tastes great for $6. In my opinion pretty good price compared to all the other expensive breakfast options in the city. Hash browns were okay in taste and could have been bigger in size.Side note but Dunkin’ donuts > Tim Hortons.
I ordered the shamrock macchiato and this is what they gave me. It’s disgusting. Usually the food and drinks are good but I don’t even know what this is.
Love the doughnuts. Good customer service. I'm a fan of the chocolate cake & chocolate sprinkles. Gets very busy but it's worth the line and wait.
I order a lot on DoorDash and the drinks are really bad- not normal Dunkin quality but if I go in person they're good. It's so annoying
Everyone is so into Starbucks. I thought I give, dunken donuts a try. They are actually pirty tasty. With reasonable price.
1. Dunkin coffee continues to be a delectible thing. San Francisco has no restaurant in town so the store by the airport is the best option.2. It's so much more than donuts. A varied and interesting menu i would recommend trying!3. But my visit to this particular location on a Saturday morning was sub par with tons of people huddled waiting for their order to come out piecemeal... Like luggage at the airport carousel.I remain a great Dunkin' fan but hope the manager can look into improving this situation.
The staff here are just so nice. And I must say Aylia (I'm sorry if I spelled your name incorrect!!) But she went above and beyond and was SOOO nice to me.Not only was the doughnuts good, but her customer service skills and KINDNESS (ALL EMPLOYEES HERE) restored my faith in humanity.Thanks again!!
