Unprofessional team work not friendly they don't follow Domino's measurements, they don't care about quality, if you read this I recommend you to find another one .
Once you get past the messy password creation process and manage to remember it when you use the app, it works well. No issues every time I place an order in any store around my area.
From time to time I utilize Domino's pizza, predominantly because they always have "deals" and you don't have to pay $25 for a medium 3-topping pizza. That being said, I've been very disappointed lately because the ingredients to pizza slice ratio is pretty bad. I last ordered a ham & pineapple with extra pineapple. We were lucky if each slice had 2 small pieces of ham and paying $2 for extra pineapple was not satisfying. The amount of pineapple was approximately 4 tiny pieces per slice. I understand that they offer deals but I find its no longer worth it if they cannot improve their ingredients to pizza slice ratio. Service is good and they have always been timely if not 5 minutes earlier than promised. Probably going to discontinue going to Domino's for an inexpensive pizza fix.
Messed up my order and very unprofessional I ordered a pepperoni pizza I received cheese pizza and burnt bread bites ?? They also left my order at the door without knocking or waiting for someone to grab there order
I was in the store wanted to order a pizza, none of the workers were making gloves, even the ones that were making the pizza, OMG no gloves specially during COVID-19! Are you even caring if you kill people?
Ordered my food two and a half hours ago and its still not here. I only ordered two cheesy bread so what is taking them so long? The guy who picked up the phone sounded slow and unprofessional. Only good employee is Juan.
Not professional at all. My food has been sitting at the store for over a Half hour. I called in. When the guy answered the phone he answered the phone like it was his house. I thought that I called the wrong number. When I asked him about my order he told me that they don’t even have my order. And then he told me that my order already had left the building. And then he changed his mind again and told me that my order is just now leaving the building. This gentleman was not very helpful at all and lied to me twice before he told me about my order.
