they have a new waitress. Doesn't know wat eggs n bacon is. she screwed up my dad's order for father's day
I’ve never had a delivery experience as bad as this. To start off, my spouse who is a vegan was delivered meat, extremely unacceptable. Next they proceeded to give me probably the worst burger I’ve ever had. 0 flavor, soggy bread, fries are horrible. Be wary as they pretend to advertise at night as “Burger Den” on delivery apps just to trick people into ordering their horrible food.
The staff there was awesome. My food was fresh, they honored my birthday slam. I’ve been here before, they are awesome as usual. Haven’t changed over the years, except that parking lot… That’s fun! But I’m sure it’s for the better. Thanks again!
I've think I'm going to Denny's since they first opened. I love the robot. They don't ask you is everything okay LOL the staff has always been courteous and pleasant!??
VERY unfriendly, inattentive waitress. She was so busy visiting with her co-worker that it took her ten to fifteen minutes to come and take our dinner order. My meal was burnt and flavorless. The offer to refill our drinks was not asked until right before we left. This was absolutely the worst service that I have ever received while dining at a Denny’s. Many restaurants went out of business during the pandemic, this Denny’s in South San Francisco should have been one of them.
Horrible service! The server was too busy gossiping to other staff members in Spanish, instead of taking care of her customers. We understand Spanish…she was being vulgar.

This place ruined my morning. Drove 20 minutes from downtown sf for the pancakes i love at Denny's. The hostess seemed happy to tell me she couldn't take my order because her system was down for at least the next 3 hours. It looked like her whole family was eating breakfast as she was laughing and joking intimately with 6 lucky people that i watched get served steaming plates of breakfast by some sort of talking robot!! What the heck man?
This Denny’s surprised me. Usually when we go to any other Denny’s, it takes forever just to get sat let alone get our food. Here, we got sat right away. Pablo was our server and he was very awesome. Our food came out quickly and Pablo made sure we had refills. Will definitely be coming back.
