Consistenly amazing fresh donuts! The Best Boba Tea in town and that I've ever tasted! I have lived in several major cities and have been drinking boba tea for quite some time, however the Boba Tea at TV Donuts are the BEST EVER! Consistenly delicious and made fresh and with natural ingredients not powders. Karen and her team put so much LOVE in their products and service! If you live in SLT or are visiting you NEED to stop by TV DONUTS!
Great boba milk tea, smoothies and donuts. The woman who took our order was very nice and took the time to tell us about the donuts and boba made fresh daily. Donuts were delicious!
I went in to this unassuming little shop next to a grocery to pick up a couple dozen donuts. The lady behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. She helped me pick out the most popular donuts.I dropped one dozen off as a gift, and the people I left them with had had their donuts before, they were so excited because of how good the donuts were. The dozen I brought home got great reviews. And they were eaten so fast that I couldn't get a picture before half of the dozen were gone. My favorite were the oversized, simple glazed with donuts but all assortments were great.Minus one star because it was pretty pricey for two dozen donuts. I assume because of Tahoe tourist pricing? Would definitely return though.
Been here many times and it’s probably one of the more unique donut shops I’ve been to since they offer boba drinks that are actually made with real tea (their Thai tea) and it’s really good. You can customize the sweetness and add more boba if you want. The other best part is that they have mochi donuts now too! Pretty much, if a place has mochi donuts, you know it’s fresh since mochi donuts can’t be frozen and premade. That means their other donuts are hand made! So all the other low review comments saying they have frozen donuts really need to just lean a little and peak into their kitchen. You can see all the ingredients and their prep table lol.
I ordered a Taro Milk tea and the drink is supposed to be A orange drink, I have gotten this drink before but they gave me a PURPLE drink. I asked them to change my drink because it was the wrong drink and then the front lady ignored me. I’m very upset, because not only that, THERE WAS HAIR IN MY DRINK!!! This place was very rude to me this morning. And some of my boba was NoT cooked!!!!!!! RAW BOBA!!!I also get donuts from here AND THEY WERE HARD AS A ROCK! This wasn’t the first time they messed up my drink because just the other day I went there and I got a Strawberry Milk Tea Boba drink and they gave me a strawberry iced tea with no boba after they had already charged my card for the boba that I did not get ! This place is horrible please DO NOT COME HERE. They are way to expensive and they have given me items with hair in the product!! I would rather go to TEAZENTEA because they have a local discount and a student discount and they have big drink for really cheap and not RAW boba !!! DONT COME AT ALL!!!!!!
If you’re craving fresh homemade donuts DEFINITELY go here. I came at 12 noon and donuts were so fresh like they had just come out the fryer. Family owned local spot with plenty of delicious flavors and very affordable. I got classic donut holes and strawberry mochi - both great. Will definitely be back soon!
I went this place, everything Amazing, first of all, I came into this place to give a try, and I thought it was just a normal donut shop, but I’ve tried a dozen Mochi donuts and a Boba drink, they were awesome. You guys should give it a try! Best place with best services and beautiful donuts, I will come back again whenever I visit SLT.
This place is a true gem of SLT. We've been going here almost every weekend for the last ten months and I'm always blown away by how consistently good it is. Haven't had a bad donut to date, with our personal favorites being the bacon maple bar and buttermilk varieties. Karen's boba is worth it's own 5-star review: perfectly done boba and great, real fruit and tea flavors. This place would be a five star boba place for me even if it were in the Bay Area with all the stiff competition there. After we were evacuated for 15 days due to the Caldor Fire, we went to TV Donut to feel alive again. I would give this place six stars if I could.
BEST DONUTS EVER!! We were passing through from the midwest and my 19 year old son had a taste for donuts. When we pulled in we were tempted to pass it up (early morning, we were expecting to see some customers and it look a bit deserted and non impressive from the outside). He came out with 10 donut holes and 2 glazed donuts and he demolished them stating they were the best he'd ever eaten. The couple of bites I got, I agreed and wished we would have purchased more. The sprinkles were even delicious! Just the right amount of light glaze, the texture was light, yet chewy and the flavor was extraordinaire! The woman was very friendly and helpful. Wished we had one of these by our home.
Since this place opened, it has been my go-to place if I ever need a pick me up. The owner, Karen, is the sweetest woman ever and does the most to make her customers feel welcomed and cared for. Coming here feels like a big warm hug coupled with, of course, fantastic donuts and boba. Absolutely a must have.
