Really good custom made ice cream sandwich’s. My top cookie was chocolate chip and the bottom cookie was white choc mac nut with mint ice cream. They even heated up the cookies in a press. There will be a line and it’s worth it.
Good, but they shouldn’t be out of the most popular cookie when they still have over 4 more hours of business. They reported that they didn’t have time to make more dough, yet they are making a lot of the other less popular cookies. Also, if a root beer float is on the menu, they should make it for you instead of just giving you ice cream so you can pour your own soda in it. Definitely has better service at the San Francisco location. Disappointed as I had been looking forward to this for dessert today.
My husband and I had heard from someone that this place was pretty good and that we should give it a try. We did...and I only hate that I didn't get dessert here every night of my trip. I had a white chocolate macadamia cookie and a chocolate nutella cookie with blackberry crumble ice cream. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!! We are home from our trip and I'm still thinking and dreaming about the white chocolate macadamia cookie and that blackberry ice cream. My husband had a white chocolate macadamia cookie and a banana chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. He loved his too! Make sure you stop here on your trip! You won't be disappointed!
Totally awesome place to take the kids for a sweet treat. I really wish we had one nearby. My son wanted the cookie monster with mint chip. Was delicious.

I had a buttery cookie sandwich with vanilla bean ice cream in the middle and it was delicious ?. My wife had the buttery cake cookie sandwich with black berry ice cream in the middle and she loved it.

Hadn't been here in 3 years and my son had to go back on our first visit back to Lake Tahoe. New owners but still great tasting cookies and options. My son had the bear bowl with chocolate chip cookie and vanilla ice cream. My other son tried the cookies & cream and confetti cookies. Mom and I tasted a little from theirs but I had some hot chocolate to keep warm in the sub 30 temp outside. Make it a point to find this place as its on the 2nd floor and worth a visit.
